If you use the Products element of UX Builder when displaying products on the home page, you can add or remove such properties with the options under the Box title.

when will flatsome support HPOS fully? Because its enabled by default in new woocommerce, I checked many flatsome uses direct db access functions like:

Just want some clarification, I want to future proof all mysites useing flatsome. Will you fully support it or its too big task to remove all direct db access functions in your theme and you decided not to fully suport it? Because on your other post about HPOS you seems doesnt care about it
Flatsome doesn’t use order data, so there is nothing to change or improve on our side for now.
How can I change the screen size in which the entire theme “shifts” to mobile?
If you ask how to change the responsive breakpoints, they are hard-coded and cannot be changed for now.

Color settings are global. You should write custom CSS codes for different color settings for different pages.

Hi. When I’m using a custom single product page layout the stock status are not displayed. If I use the default layout, the stock status appears on page. What element am I missing on the custom layout?
The stock quantity is a part of the “Product Add to Cart” element.

I am trying to place a “Next-Product” and “Prev-Product” Button inside the Product-Quick-View-Lightbox at the Category Page.
The Goal is that the Visitor can open the Product-Quick-View and click to the next Product while the Lightbox is still open.

Hi, can we add video background to section with a gradient mask ie, on main page as a hero video banner and at the bottom of the section can we add a blending color as overlay mask, that transition to page background color. lets say if the whole website background is black can it is possible to add a black gradient at bottom of the section so that the video seamlessly integrate with the bachground when we scroll down?
It’s not possible to do that without custom CSS with the default builder options.

You can clear the font cache and disable fonts in Flatsome>Theme Options>Style>Typography and manually define your fonts in the style.css file of the child theme.
How to define the font? Do you have any guide?
Are you planning to work on checkout builder? The default one is so bad for conversion rate.
In your UX Builder i can’t see the option to define ad ID for rows or sections, so there’s no way to create a link betweet the top and the bottom of the page (i.e.) with anchors
Custom ID feature will be brought to UX Builder in v4. You can use the “Scroll To” element for anchors.

Hello, how can I activate breadcrumbs for all my blog site at once? The Yoast options under Flatsome integrations seems to activate breadcrumbs only for product sites. Is there a way how to add a breadcrumb shortcode for all blog website at the top at once? I would appreciate your help. Kind regards
You can override a blog template by copying to the chld theme folder with the exact folder structure. If you copy the “flatsome/template-parts/posts/single.php” file to the “flatsome-child/template-parts/posts/” folder, you can add the Yoast breadcrumbs with <?= do_shortcode( '[wpseo_breadcrumb]' ) ?> anywhere you want.

I raised a ticket under ticket #178255 for an issue where if the product gallery has images with height larger than width (in my case 1500×1800px), the main gallery image will crop in half and you won’t be able to see the full image. The issue has been introduced somewhere between versions 3.16.8 (my current version) and latest version 3.19.6. I cleared my cache and confirmed that no other plugins could have introduced this error. I tested replicating this issue by mirroring my live site to a staging environment and it occurred again as soon as I updated to the latest Flatsome version.

Please get the developers to investigate this issue as this is affecting the quality of my live website. I raised this bug months ago under ticket #178255 and still have not had a resolution.
Could you try to enable the default WooCommerce product gallery option in Flatsome>Advanced>WooCommerce?

I enabled the default Woocommerce product gallery option and the gallery now does not have the bug. This confirms that the Flatsome theme gallery has a bug with my image configurations. However this solution does not fix my problem as I still want to use the Flatsome gallery but it has the mentioned bug. Can you please get the development team to investigate this issue on the latest Flatsome version.

Kirki is adding 32743 characters to the DOM global-styles-inline-css is adding 11460 Characters to the DOM id=”custom-css” type=”text/css is adding 4181 Characters to the DOM
This is very Detrimental to HTML to Text Ratio on SEMRush. Can you please assist?
Kirki loads the fonts used on your site through ”@font-face”, and “custom-css” is the CSS code you add to the Flatsome > Advanced > Custom CSS section. The length of both depends on your configuration. “global-styles-inline-css” is added by WordPress. You can optimize all of these with a caching plugin.
These are already optimized. However I am focused on the DOM Size.

You can enable the mini-cart and change its behavior in Flatsome>Theme Options>Header>Cart.
Is there a way to reorder the social icons. I would like to rearrange them to my clients request.
I tried changing the follow.php file << but does not over ride from the child theme… There are priority levels in the php file for each icon << any suggestions to reorder these.
You can use the flatsome_follow_links filter to rearrange the follow icons. Please take a look at this doc

We haven’t received any complaint about Instagram Feed so far and it’s working here. Could you try to re-connect your Instagram account and clear the IG cache in the Advanced Theme options?
e-mails not rendered correctly in outlook (works for gmail) Does anyone have the same issue? I use the theme for 8years now. Worked great so far, but since a 3 weeks the order-mails in outlook look something like: ”= @media screen and…...”
Flatsome doesn’t have any control over e-mails or e-mail templates. Please contact WordPress or WooCommerce support.
