hello brother. This script is perfect and works like a charm. Well my question is. When I use the San Francisco theme and see it from my mobile, all the sliders that show products such as “flash deal, promotions, new arrivals” appear 2 and a half squares.
It could be solved in its next update so that only 2 are clearly centered and can slide 2 at a time.
- include a native function (without plugin) to gift-wrap purchases.
- include an option to configure gift products. For example. If someone buys a product from a brand, they can add a product at 0 price that has been previously configured. If someone buys an amount of money, they can include a product at price 0.
- The page is very very good and its last screen after making the payment is very poor and disappointing. This script is called King and the customer who makes a purchase must feel like one after making the payment.
That’s why I suggest you include a much more professional screen with some graphics thanking you for your purchase. It can be a fixed screen or a full screen pop up.
and thus we avoid adding plugins that only consume resources to the server and speed to the script. With these improvements the script would be at the same level as the large online sales companies.

Indeed, the carousel has a side padding offset to indicate there are more products inside it. If you want to remove it or adjust it try changing the Padding settings ex: https://d.pr/i/Tiwolv .
Onto your feature requests, I already have most noted but I don’t really want to include into the core Rey because at the end of the day it’s a theme and should act like one. Instead I will release separate plugins / addons with these kinds of functionalities, and hopefully soon.

I think that’s because the text is also set inside the Cart Widget ex: https://d.pr/i/ksv2yo , and that translation is the text fallback (if this Text control is empty in the widget).

I just uploaded a new update (both Rey Core and Rey Theme) which I believe it may fix this problem. Basically there were some JS errors in the console only when logged-in and I think it may have affected the mega menus.

Basically Rey (Core plugin) / Elementor / WooCommerce is the plugin combination that’s basically mandatory. Anything else is optional and depends if you plan on using (for example MailChimp / Contact Form 7 plugins).

1. No, Rey is compatible with Elementor Pro and should be working fine simultaneously.
2. Not sure what you mean. There were reports but quite rare.
3. It depends mostly on how the content of the website is optimised, what plugins are installed etc. Rey is built well with speed in mind, however it’s only a small part of the website’s performance.

The text is not inside of an Elementor widget, so it cannot be modified with Elementor, however there is another way which does not involve installing Loco Translate.
Try adding this php code snippet from here https://d.pr/n/tMSkXS , into the child theme’s functions.php . I believe that should do it.

Hi there! For some reason, when editing a custom Rey template in Elementor, changes are not saved. A 500 server error appears. This didn’t happen before. Also, could you advise which is better to use: custom Rey templates or custom Elementor Pro templates?

Not sure why the error is happening. I suspect there might be a memory limit problem, but unless I take a closer look it’s just a guess.
Please drop me a message through my profile page’s contact form and create a temporary admin account so I can look into it.
Onto the Custom templates or EPro templates, the latter is more robust. If you plan using EPro, I think it’s a better choice. Rey ‘s templates are mainly recommended when you don’t want to have Elementor Pro active.
