Hello, I’m interested in this theme but have questions about two issues: 1) On the Watch Video buttons it seems to open the video file in another window, does this have a popup player? 2) On the menu, the drop down is nice but I need to press the + sign to toggle while the menu item label is not clickable, this reduces the click area and is not too intuitive.
Any chance these are updated or can be changed on the backend?

Hey, we have a video popup player widget. You can also create a clickable mega menu using our widget. In this case, we didn’t use the clickable option because it wasn’t needed.

Hey! First off, great theme—really well thought-out with a huge stock of widgets and sections to choose from. However, since the last update, the “import page” or “Add WFC Template” buttons just pop-out a blank page with nothing to choose from. Any workaround?

I see you’ve been adding more demos. When I bought it, there were about 30, but now there are 50. It would be great if you could add some LMS demos too, if possible.

Hi, you don’t need anything, you don’t need elementor pro. Most of the elementor pro features are already available in our theme.

Arolax Template is just html/CSS version where if you want to change anything, you need to know codeing, but wordpress version is more powerfull and you will be able to customize everything using elementor.

When editing the page using elementor, why can’t I scroll the page? I need to manually select the sections in the navigator just to move forward with the editing which is so time consuming and a hassle instead of me manually scrolling?
We have fixed the scrolling issue in Elementor and template importing issue.
Download the udpated package, go to required-plugins and update the ‘extension-for-animation-addons’ plugin. you issues will be solved.
You can now scroll the page smoothly while editing without needing to manually select sections in the navigator. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
If we want to import a new demo, so the previous demo will uninstall? What type of system is that? We can use multiple demos on multiple pages, like if a company provides Digital marketing, web , consulting etc. So here we have different demos for this. We want to import multiple demos, and with our permission, It means When we wwant to import that it will ask first you want to take the previous demo and use it or not
Hi, when you install the demo, it imports all of the inner pages and the full site settings including header, footer and other settings and that is why we had to replace with the previous version.
BUT YOU CAN IMPORT ANY PAGES OR SECTION. I think parallax needs a good documentation site, Here the Megamenu is not showing, I have done all sorry things, But when I hover over the menu it is not showing.

I can’t able to use other sections from different demos, I just use it by using json export/import, but the whole section becomes skeleton. Also, the elementor is very very slow. On top of that, their support is not replying from last 2-days. What’s the refund policy now?
