Hello,

I’m willing to renew my support, but have to be sure my “problem” will be solved. I hope you understand.

Problem is: I want to adjust the list view of The Event Calendar within the widget function. It displays the month with de date underneath. I would like to also show the name of de day, zo it looks like:

Tuesday 15

I’m searching for this in a lot of core files (folder of Avada and folders of event calendar), but can’t find anything or I don’t get it (that’s more likeable :))

Hi Artbees! HELP! You used to have the most convenient website builder. Then it got improved and stuff disappeared :) I used to be able to customize each element in the header individually with the main and hover over colors font types and sizes. Where did it go? I’ve disabled the global settings. If the header background is set to orange and the main accent website color is set to the same orange, you can no longer see the active page in the navigation menu because they are the same color. Have spent hours running in circles between the Avada options, global settings and header settings unsuccessfully!

Avada is a one time purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.

One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on a second website than an additional license is required.

Can I work on a subdomain before transferring the site to the main domain?

Of course. You can register your Avada on a staging/dev install and work there until you’re ready to migrate to the live/production site.

I get a message: The key code is already used on another domain. but I only have the code on one page!

This could be due to multiple registrations; I will suggest you try and reset your purchase code once by going to my.avada.com dashboard and clicking on unlink button, if however, the issue persists we will suggest you open a support ticket with our team further.

Please REMOVE the History feature, or at least remove its roll over menu. It’s detrimental to the user experience working on a website and suddenly that damm menu gets in the way right before I click to collapse or expand a section… I lose my progress and the worst thing is that clicking at the top of the history DOESN’T REDO everything, it’s so random what is actually saved on the history.

I prefer working with revisions, I decide when to save, when to undo and when to redo, please do something about that damm history feature, it doesn’t work well.

From Avada side we don’t have such a built in feature. You could try any good WP membership plugin for controlling registrations better.

Instagram element not working in (https) localhost install. All i get is “undefined” . I tried everything ,including revoking and re-enabling access to my Instagram ,but still no luck.

I installed a fresh version of Wordpress and installed the latest Avada theme. But every time I try to save any changes in Global Options, I am getting a pop-up error saying “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”

Hello, I wanted to point out that by updating Avada to version 7.11.10 and Yoast SEO to version 23.5, in some pages on the backend, the Avada editor does not work and crashes. By disabling Yoast SEO the problem does not occur. The error is as follows:

it’s strange. I tried removing Yoast SEO and installing Rank Math and it has the same problem. If I try to disable Rank Math, the editor works fine. Error is always: TypeError not caught: jQuery(...).awbColorPicker is not a function

Hi, i have a customer who came from another agency and his website has the avada theme and the license is activated. There is a problem with the pagination in Woo archives. While it’s enabled and the category has a lot of products, the pagination is not there. I tried to disable all the plugins, update the theme, checked that pagination is enabled, also changed the pagination to load more and it does not work. How can i submit a ticket to you as i didn’t buy the license and the customer does not have it because the other agency bought it!

He does not have the license. As i said the previous agency bought the theme for him and there is no communication. Can i somehow send you access to the admin or how can i find the license?

You’d need a valid purchase code and active support to be able to send in a ticket. Your customer can ask the previous agency for the purchase code and if they need hands on assistance, they can then renew support to be able to receive hands on support from our team.

I have moved my avada powered website (with all in one migrate) to another host but there all fusion images are gone. Can you tell me how to fix that?

This will require you to check the URL structure of the images and see if they are still being loaded from older URL, if that is the case you will need to change the URL of images towards new domain.

Hi Ammar, all user added images show, but not the theme related ones originating from css, like for example the arrow which comes from the style ‘fusion-dropdown-indicator’ and the social media icons from for example ‘fusion-social-network-icon’. Strangely enough when you open the fusion builder live, they all show. I have no cache plugins installed, tried clearing browser cache too, is there some Avada or fusion cache issue at hand,, causing this?

UPDATE: found the solution: Reset fusion caches (Avada -> Theme options -> Performance -> Reset Fusion Caches)

Since the update the backend is not working properly. When I have live builder chosen, all the modules are pushed over to the right so I cannot even work on the SEO unless I turn it to default editor. I need a fix for this ASAP, please help!

Log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Avada Builder is causing a problem where clicking on New Page or Edit Page (or post) is going to a page not found error

There seems to be a major bug – any new or edit of Post, Page, FAQ, Portfolio – all go to a page not found error.

One of our clients recently changed the domain name and we need to bring the avada product license across. Same product and same company but different domain name. Can you please let me know how to do this?

For that, you can login to your support account on our website and navigate to the below URL:

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (you can hit the refresh button to update this or (chain icon) unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain/new domain name).
