Hello , i want to know if it allows visitors to complete transactions directly with real estate agencies via payment methods like credit card or bank transfers. Is this functionality built into the theme ? Additionally, I would like to know if there is a feature that enables payments to be made to brokers directly through the site.

You have added categories and cities for the CPT agent. 1/ Why didn’t you do add categories it for agencies ? And why is the sub CPT “CIties” not the same as the one for all properties. Where can i see the agent cities listing and how can i edit it. I’ve been struggling to understand why my site was not showing all the properties on a page that was using a page template to show listings, but it seems that whenever I’m choosing to “Order Properties By” “Show Featured Listings on Top” the query gets only a part of the listings. Plus the option “Number of listings to display” doesn’t seem to have any effect. I currently using the page template “Template listings list v2” but it seems to do the same with all types of page templates. The listings are shown correctly when I’m going directly to the post type url /property/ to see all the listings.

Can you please check it out as it was working before the last updates?

if this theme is going to last you should include ai prompts to help realtors write discription. They provide the base information and then the system improves it. This is a must.

Hello I am using the housez theme, and I have more than 1600 properties to list. However, the issue is that Housez is allowing me to list only 500 properties. May I know how to increase this limit so that I can list the remaining properties?

I have a question regarding the “schedule a tour” form which is used on the property detail page. When the form is set to “Houzez custom form” on the backend, how do i edit the fields and most importantly how do i make sure email alerts are sent from that form ?. I have authenticated my website with smtp, but that form does not send me an email alert when a user makes use of it.

I am about to buy theme but I have two questions, 1- Is there a way we can setup Rent section to contact directly to agent but Buy section all enquires routed to us site admin._? 2-Can we use theme for test website before pushing changing to main site ._?

If we create a site that charges users or agents to list their properties while allowing free access for renters to view and contact them, would a Regular License suffice, or would we need an Extended License? 2. ⁠If I initially purchase a Regular License and later decide to upgrade to an Extended License (say, one to two years later), is that possible? Would it require a one-time payment or is it an ongoing fee?

Unable to load a photo with front end form to create and ads. It says “javascript:;” I cannot create a support question for this bug !!!!! Seems like the form is calling a css class : /wp-content/themes/realty/style.css WHat is this ? What is realty ?
