i’ve been getting “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” I have deleted the “demo_mode: on” in the ADDITIONAL SETTINGS as it may have been blocking the sending of messages from the contact form, but i’ve been getting “There was an error trying to send your message. I had purchased this theme and unfortunately my site was deleted by the host and they no longer have the contents. I’m trying to upload onto a new site I am starting over with and I don’t still have the purchase code. Can you help me with this?

Okay i figured that out, i made my own portfolio items and than they showed up on the homepage.

After the latest WooCommerce update the product pictures are messed up in the single product page. Can I get a custom css code for in Appearance > Customize > Additions CSS to fix it?

Hello, I bought Me Voy for the Everly sub theme, and after installing demo content, the front page just doesn’t look like it did in your demo. I attempted to start a ticket on your support site, but Me Voy isn’t selectable as an option when making out the support ticket, so it wouldn’t let me enter the support request.

I’m interested in this beautiful theme, and have some pre-sale considerations regarding the responsive behavior:

- I tried on several mobile phones and the Lilith page freezes every time. Is it a bug you are able to reproduce?

- Still on mobile, the top slider of Anwen only displays a part of the images, when the desktop version displays the full-sized image. Is there a way to have them to adapt the screen size?

Since the last theme update, the social media icons and links are missing and not showing at the bottom of the right footer, how can I add them back. (They are still in the Footer Bottom Area – Column Two Widget)

Hello, first of all, thanks again for the amazing work and all the answers.

I’m running into a critical problem I can’t understand. After building a page with elementor some of its widgets (image slider, Instagram feed…) appear blank in the online version, like they don’t seem to load; on the contrary, they are shown correctly in the elementor builder.

Any leads? I can’t move forward because I can’t understand the problem, I tried reinstalling plugins, emptying all caches, etc but no luck.

The tagline if set will be displayed on the browser tab and not under the logo. So the theme does not have an option to set a tagline under the logo unfortunately.

Is wp 6x compatibility coming soon?

Compatibility with latest WordPress version will be added in the next update. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.

To use the theme on the latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin.

Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Hi there! This theme is beautiful. Unfortunately, it appears to be broken? In no way does this work, I’ve tried everything based on support and resources.

I thought this might be the cause: Specifically, in Mevoy Dashboard – System Info, I see this message next to “PHP Post Max Size” = 2047M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 256 in order to meet the theme requirements.

I reached out directly to WP support and they said (if it isn’t already apparent by the numbers above) that our post max size is far greater than the “256” requirement? What? Please help, I paid for this.

If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.
