The Add to Wishlist icon doesn’t show on variable products’ single page, although it shows on category page and i have selected the option “Add variations – Allow adding variations to the wishlist”

Hi.. Is there a way to change the wishlist icon on the header? From Customizer > Woocommerce > Wishlist button I have selected ‘Bookmark’ and it works fine on single product page ..but it does not change the icon on the header.

Thank you for contacting us. At this moment, the theme uses the hear icon for the wishlist button on the header, instead of using the plugin’s icon. In the coming update, the theme will support plugin’s icon too.

Search is not working correctly when using WPML with language name added as a parameter. The results are presented in the main language. Same when hitting enter or clicking the View more button.

No cache is used. It is a bug.
The url of the view more button is like: example.com?lang=en?product_cat=&s=whatever&post_type=product
The theme code assumes that there are no GET parameters and it simply starts by adding an extra ’?’.
The products shown in the search ajax are in the main language and not in lang=en. And the results page when hitting enter is also in the main language.
This should be fixed in the next version.

You can use a plugin to enable the custom header & footer builder with the Sober theme. For example, you can use Elementor Pro, or a free plugin like:

Good thing I didn’t buy because you are deceiving and misleading your users. When it is stated that the template supports Elementor, then the template must have a demo created with Elementor, and you do not even have this plugin included with the template. I will contact Themeforest administration and leave a complaint against you that would either make you remove the information about Elementor support, or that you update the template as, as all other authors do! And now you are misleading users!

I am working on a custom Single Product template using Elementor. How could I show a size guide created with Sober built-in way (Products > Size guides) using dynamic tags or something?
The only alternative way I have in mind is to create a separate single template for each product category and create various popup templates for each size guide ..which is a very long way around it.

To display the built-in Size Guide in your custom template for single product pages, you can try another options for the size guide button position. For example, you can try to display the Size Guide within product tabs.

Ohhh ..it actually worked like a charm. I found (which I did not see before) the Sober widget Product Tabs Data ..and now I can use the built in size guide mechanism in my custom template.

The product filter is not working for filter by size. When I change it from the default and click filter just refreshes the page but does not update the filter results to show what I have selected (eg doesn’t show medium only when selected). Filter by Absorbency and filter by price still working fine, it is just the filter by size. It seems to be working ok when I am logged in on wordpress but not when I am the average user

I had a prepurchase question- is it possible when using the product tabs to change the order the tabs are displayed, and default to a different tab than all products?
For instance, on shop or category page load: instead of |All Products| |Hot Products| |New Products|

Thank you for your question. By default, WooCommerce displays all available products on the Shop page. Therefore the tab “All Products” must be the first enabled.
Unfortunately, the order of product tabs is fixed. However, it can be changed with custom code. Our developer can help you if you.
