“templates_request_error” it’s frustrating. Any luck to fix this? I need to make my site up and running but can’t do anything.

Hi! I´m thinking on buting your theme but I have some questions: 1. Hub comes with an own visual editor or do you use Elementor?; 2. In case it is Elementor, is it the pro or the free version?; 3. I saw that WPBakery is bundled. So, are the demos fully compatible with Bakery and Elementor? Thanks!

  1. Hub supports both WP Bakery and Elementor. You can choose either one based on your preference.
  2. You don’t need Elementor Pro. The free version is sufficient as our theme includes most of the features offered by Elementor Pro. :)
  3. Most of our demos are compatible with both WP Bakery and Elementor.

Error Occurred in Elementor with Hub Theme

I am experiencing an issue while trying to add a block in Elementor with the Hub theme. An error message appears stating:

“An error occurred: templates_request_error” followed by multiple instances of “undefined.”

I have tried clearing my browser cache, deactivating other plugins, and ensuring that both Elementor and the Hub theme are updated to the latest versions. Additionally, I checked my PHP memory limit, but the issue persists.

Could anyone provide insights or solutions to resolve this error?

dear commenting is not the write way i know that, but i trust the theme and convert my active bunsiess website to hub, but your support email response me after 30 hours, kindly fix the elementor issue or update your code to compatibile with elementor

Love the theme – looks amazing. Just wish the quality was maintained on blog functionality as its lacking :-(

Two questions you can help with.

1. For blog posts can you use the liquid portfolio list style and formatting so it show blog posts and not portfolio posts?

2. I have migrated my website and had featured images on each post …. But these images are now either too big and show only a section of the featured image on the post lists or it is too small and therefore the table is no longer aligned. Is there any way to make sure all images on lists are automatically resized to fit the space like I had on my previous theme?

I need to install the theme on a wordpress multi-site. There are a few products for the same company, but we need to make a separate domain for every product, so we will need to use the theme for about five domains. Is the regular license enough?
