Good Morning, we need an update to WP Bakery on the theme. Can you please release it?

Determined to find a solution, I came across the “Be theme” by Muffin Group, which carried a strong reputation. I decided to purchase it, hopeful that its support would uphold my trust. It’s for all fellow users who are facing similar frustration!
Are you now also not offering updates to Slider Revolution? Still only including 6.6.16 with no way to update. I think this theme has been abandoned.

The theme is no longer compatible with the new version of Woocommerce (9.0.1) and WPBakery Page Builder (7.7.2). Even by deactivating all the plugins, the site only works by deactivating Woocommerce and WPBakery Page Builder. Please update the theme urgently. Thank you
Is this theme still being supported? The WPBakery Page Builder version is very out of date and it looks like the theme is incompatible with WooCommerce now

A week has passed and I have not received any response, neither to the comment on this page, nor to the message sent via the contact form (as per your suggestion in a previous comment). We updated the theme to version V.5.9.35 and the current version for WPBakery Page Builder that is bundled in the files in 7.0. Now, our website is not working and we are getting the message that we need to update WPBakery Page Builder to 7.3 or higher. How can we get the new version for WPBakery Page Builder?

As you can see my support expired and I do not want support. I just want to update WP Bakery to the latest version. Since it took you awhile to get back to us, I was able to delete the WP Bakery plugin and the theme prompted me to install it again

I just bought this theme to use with Elementor but all of the demo pages are broken when I disable WP Builder and just try to use Elementor. Does this theme with the demo actually work with Elementor?

I created another ticket (#6365). I appreciate a prompt response as it has been over a month since I reported this issue.
I opened ticket #6311 on 9/23/23 but did not receive a response. I was asked to open a second ticket for the same issue, which I did (#6365) on 10/21/23. I still have not received a response for your support team. I am not sure why it is taking so long to receive support. I missed my website deployment date because I have not received a response to my multiple inquiries regarding the same issue.

Has major bug with Elementor, sent numerous ticket requests, support never actually check or fix anything. Definitely don’t recommend.

Hello, the slider on the Corporate Agency (theme) – Home 06 (homepage) displays a message “There is nothing to show here! Slider with alias home6 not found”. Also, I am having issues creating menus and a mega menu. I opened a ticket (6304) that also includes other issues, but I have not received a response. Your Support page now reads “Error – 503 – wp_die: Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

Hello, the resolution that was provided did not address my issue. I am awaiting a response to the below referenced tickets that I opened several days ago. I also sent follow-up messages on these tickets requesting a response.
1. Your support team indicated that I must use WPBakery instead of Visual Composer to add shortcode from Slider Revolution to display my carousel. However, there is no shortcode element available in WPBakery. Please provide details on adding shortcode (or your recommended element) in WPBakery to display my carousel.
2. I submitted numerous tickets over the past few days to obtain instructions on removing/hiding the page title on select pages. I added a plugin to remove the page title, which also did not work. Please provide details on how I can remove/hide the page title on select pages.
