Hello Flatsome-Team
Is it possbile to blur / cross out the option for flatsome swatches (variants) that are out of stock? I saw this code but but it does not work. Is there a possibility?
add_action(‘wp_print_footer_scripts’, function() { ?> <script type=”text/javascript”> <?php });
jQuery('body.woocommerce.archive').each(function () {
var $this = jQuery(this)
var outOfStock = $this.find('.ux-swatch.out-of-stock')
})
outOfStock.addClass('disabled')
</script>
Kind regards Marco
Have you tried to enable the Flatsome>Theme Options>WooCommerce>Product Page -> Swatches>Inactive out of stock” option?
Hello Support, thank you for your fast reply. I have activated this option but unfortunately without success. Even if I have products on “out of stock”, the option is displayed normally and not cross out or blur.
Should this option do exactly that? Unfortunately, I can’t find an explanation of this option in your documentation: https://docs.uxthemes.com/article/406-variation-swatchesI would really appreciate your help. Thank you for your valued feedback.
Kind regards Marco
Could you ensure those out-of-stock products also have out-of-stock meta in the database?
Hello Support,
Thank you for your answer. It’s exciting, I’ve seen that it works with another product on my site. But it doesn’t seem to work for most products.
How exactly can I check the out-of-stock meta in the database? If it is not there, how can I correct these products?
Thank you for your answer.
Kind regards Marco
You can try the “Recount Terms” tool in WooCommerce>Status>Tools. Depending on the product count, the process may take some time to complete.
Hello Support,
Thank you for the prompt reply. Unfortunately, “Recount Terms” has not been a success. The buttons are still not crossed out. The buttons are still not crossed out. The message “out of stock” still appears under the buttons.
Is there another option? The funny thing is that it works with some products.
Kind regards Marco

Dear support team, we have purchased your theme few times, I want to know whether there is a better search form plugin to replace your theme defaulted search form? like https://searchwp.com, since your theme defaulted search form does not show up search results accurately and quickly, when sites has 100k or more pages, posts, products, please response urgently for support, thank you
Can supporter answer the questions above? thanks
The Relevanssi plugin can extend the capabilities of the search results page. However, the live search will need customization, so you’ll need to contact a professional.
Followed your recommendation, how and where to change the search form on the top of main menu bar in website? I can not know where to use he short codes
Dear friend, followed your recommendation, the Relevanssi plugin people said: ” You will need to disable the Flatsome live search and then adjusting the Relevanssi Live Search to place it under the main search bar like the Flatsome live search is now. I don’t know how to remove the Flatsome live search; if necessary, you need to figure it out with Flatsome support.” We used Flatsome for some years and purchased your theme twice, please provide the support, thanks
You can remove the live search icon/form from the header with the Header Designer.
the point is, we wish to keep the form but use the search function from your recommended plugin of relevvanssi… we still need to have a search form there, what to do next?
I may need to purchase your support and ask your expert to fix it?
we need your support urgently, can we renew the support and get the support?
it does not work at all, it even can not go to the customization screen to set those things as like in your video
Any other better search plugin? it is too complicated to use Relevanssi plugin
How to add other search form on main header but remove your theme’s search form?
As I mentioned, you can remove the existing form via Header Designer and add another form, depending on its structure. If the author provides a shortcode, add it as an HTML element or a UX Block. If it needs to be added as a PHP snippet, you can use WordPress header hooks.
Hello,
In version 3.19.6 suddenly the labels “QUICK VIEW” and the “New” can’t be translatable from the language .po file.
How we can translate the above?
The code that I see from the page for the “New” is: New
For the “QUICK VIEW” is: Quick View
It’s a bug or can we translate it somehow?
If you use the Loco Translate plugin, please click the “Sync” button before searching for a string.
Hello,
The translation of the theme was made (as every time we update the version) from the child-theme>languages> .po
We did the translation with poedit (as every time many years now). We’ve never had any problems in the past. The latest version does not translate only the following: “QUICK VIEW” and “New”. Everything else is fine!
Can we change somehow the “new” label of products like this: https://docs.uxthemes.com/article/239-how-to-add-my-own-personal-menu-label
Any other suggestion? Seems it’s a bug to the latest version because all other translates working perfectly except as I said the above two.

can this theme be used for multiple websites
Due to the Envato license policy, you can use one license on one domain at a time. You must purchase an additional license for each domain.
Hi, What´s the element we should use in order to have 2 rows / columns in mobile? With no borders or paddings so we can have a grid of images to show a photography porfolio, thanks!
You can use the Row/Column element and set the mobile column width separately by clicking the mobile icon at the right sidebar of UX Builder.
Great! Thansk a lot
Hello Flatsome , when you register at the store there is always a hint at the end that you have to confirm the email. And where can I customize the texts at login/registration. Thanks for the help
Flatsome uses the default WooCommerce login and registration forms. The email confirmation message is not a default Flatsome or WooCommerce feature – it’s likely coming from a WooCommerce email verification plugin installed on your site.
To customize login/registration texts, you can use the “Say What?” plugin to edit any text strings on your site.
Hello team Flatsome!
I have a situation where i want one product category page to show more items per column (4) where the rest of the site shows 3. And no sidebar. This due to a lot of products being displayed for this category.
As the product category settings are for all categories and not individual, i was wondering how to approach this. Would i need to make a UX block and select that as a Custom product layout, or is there a different approach.
We see that your support period is active. Could you submit a support ticket here?
Please open separate tickets for different issues. Otherwise, the response from our Help Desk may take longer than two business days.

Then, could you contact Polylang support?
Hi, how can I set rounded cornes for images in banner backgrounds? The class round-corners is not working. I would appreciate your help. Kind regards
Please add the “banner-rounded” class to the UX Builder banner element and try one of the CSS below.
If you mean the banner itself:
.banner-rounded,
.banner-rounded .fill {
border-radius: 30px !important;
}
If you mean only the background image:
.banner-rounded img {
border-radius: 30px !important;
}
I edited the form-login.php file in our child-theme and I want to insert a UX Slider with some links etc however it just shows the UX short code on the page. Is it possible to insert UX short codes into the php file and have them be rendered on the page? I am happy to renew my support license if this is something you or support could provide a little guidance on.
You should add the shortcode as follows. Block ID must be replaced with yours.
<?= do_shortcode( '[block id="login-form-slider"]' ) ?>
This worked perfect! You are absolutely amazing! I greatly appreciate the help. PS will the Beta V4 only be done through the FB group? I deleted my FB account a while back and use to beta test previous versions so wondering if there are any other paths for getting notified when testing begins.
You’ll be able to update the beta from the admin panel. However, it may be safer to try it on staging.
https://docs.uxthemes.com/article/411-release-channelThanks for the link. 100% will test on our staging site first. Any estimates for when the first beta will be out?
Do the support answer to ticket or this never happen ? :/
Our support engineer answered your ticket #179539 on Oct 22. Could you check your inbox and spam folder?

Hi.
Is it possible to set a code on the logo?
I am using svg image logo and dark mode switching.
Code insertion is necessary to invert the colours without degrading image quality.
If that setting method is not yet implemented, please provide an alternative method.
Thank you.
Additional question.
Does a dark mode switch setting exist in the theme options?
If not, are there plans to implement it in the future? And when will that be?
Thank you.
1. You can add a second logo for dark templates in Flatsome>Theme Options>Header>Logo & Site Identity -> Logo image – Light Version
2. A dark mode switch doesn’t exist in Flatsome. You can submit a request or vote for the dark mode switch feature here.
Thank you.
I would like to set the following svg markup tag in the logo area.
<svg xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/2000/svg” width=”20” height=”20” fill=”none” viewBox=”0 0 16 16”><path fill=”#000” d=”M1.2 8.2 8 15l6.8-6.8c.8-.8 1.2-1.8 1.2-3v-.1a4 4 0 0 0-7.2-2.6l-.8 1-.8-1A4 4 0 0 0 0 5.1v.1c0 1.2.4 2.2 1.2 3Z”/></svg>
My site has a dark mode, but if I set the svg file directly, the colours are not inverted. Is there a way to do this?
Thank you.
Hi.
Is there a setting to change the breakpoint at which the menu header switches to mobile?
If not, do you plan to implement this in the future?
If no, what is the css code if you do not plan to implement it?
Thank you.
Breakpoints are hard-coded in the theme. We plan to make them adjustable in v4.
Thank you.
We are greatly looking forward to it.
I would like my 3 icon boxes to appear horizontally in a single row on both mobile and desktop however when I put together the appropriate row/column structure it forces each icon box vertically instead of horizontally on mobile (works fine in desktop). My row/column structure is the following:
-Row
—Column 4/12
- Icon Box
—Column 4/12
- Icon Box
—Column 4/12
- Icon Box
Given each icon box is in its own column inside a single row I would have thought each Icon Box would appear horizontally next to each other rather than vertically in their own rows on mobile. I believe this is a bug, otherwise what configuration changes can I make so that my Icon Boxes appear horizontally next to each other on a single row on mobile?
I have also raised this issue via Item Support.
Thanks again,
To set column widths individually:
- In UX Builder, open the options for the column you want to adjust
- Click the mobile icon in the right sidebar
- Change the width from 12 to 4
Hi,
After conducting a lot of research, I have decided to go with Flatsome. However, I have a couple of questions:
1. How easy is it to install/use the theme with an existing WooCommerce store with existing products?
2. Does it require a lot of customization or require re-creating the products/descriptions/images etc.?
2. Is there documentation available for this process? I checked the “How-to Guide” but couldn’t see one.
Currently using Blonwe.
Thank you
We appreciate your interest in Flatsome.
- Flatsome is designed to integrate seamlessly with WooCommerce. Installing and using the theme with an existing WooCommerce store is generally straightforward. The theme automatically adapts to your existing product structure and data.
- Flatsome doesn’t require re-creating your products, descriptions, or images. It will use your existing WooCommerce data. However, you may want to make some adjustments to take full advantage of Flatsome’s features and design options. The level of customization needed depends on your specific requirements and how closely you want your site to match Flatsome’s demo examples.
- While we don’t have a specific guide for transitioning from Blonwe to Flatsome, we offer comprehensive documentation for setting up and customizing Flatsome. Our documentation includes detailed instructions for working with WooCommerce stores. You can find this information in our knowledge base and video tutorials.
It’s important to note that switching between WordPress themes can present some challenges:
- If your current theme (Blonwe) uses proprietary shortcodes, these may not work with Flatsome. You might need to replace these with Flatsome shortcodes or find alternative solutions.
- Many theme-specific customizations made through the WordPress Customizer are not transferable between themes. You’ll likely need to reconfigure your site’s appearance using Flatsome’s customizer options.
- If Blonwe introduced any custom post types or theme-specific areas, these may not be supported by Flatsome out of the box. You might need to recreate these or find alternative ways to display this content.
- While WordPress tries to preserve Menus and Widgets, you may need to reassign widgets to new areas and potentially restructure your menus to fit Flatsome’s layout.
- If you’ve used a page builder with Blonwe, compatibility with Flatsome may vary. Some content must be rebuilt using Flatsome’s built-in page builder (UX Builder) or a compatible third-party solution.
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend the following steps:
- Back up your current site before making any changes
- Install Flatsome on a staging site first to test the transition
- Review our documentation on WooCommerce integration
- Identify any theme-specific elements (shortcodes, CPTs, etc.) in your current site and plan for their replacement or transition
- Use our support forum or submit a support ticket here if you encounter any specific issues during the process
We’re confident Flatsome’s robust features and compatibility with WooCommerce will make it a valuable choice for your online store. If you have further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your detailed answer! I truly appreciate it. Testing it on the staging site would be the best course of action. I will proceed with the purchase accordingly.
Thanks again!

Hello, this really is the best website there is. Keep up the good work. But I still have one very big request. Can you add a table of contents for blog posts? When you click on something in the table of contents, it jumps directly there. That would be great.
You can vote on an existing feature request or submit a request here for a new feature you want to see on Flatsome.
Top-rated features will be included in our developer’s to-do list.
Hello, is it possible to get an answer on this with out paying for new support?
The flip book has H1 tags in the product title so if i have for example 8 products in the flip book Google Seo sees eight H1 tags when it should only beone H1 tag on homepage, this is not good see image of your flip book https://ibb.co/VNzhpWh
How can this be change easily please?
Warm regards Birk
You can override the flipbook template by copying the “flatsome/woocommerce/content-product-flipbook.php” file into the “flatsome/woocommerce/” folder.
sorry but the content-product-flipbook.php is already in “flatsome/woocommerce/” folder.
Sorry, it should have been “flatsome-child/woocommerce/.” The h1 tag is on line 36.
