Voxel allows for more control than Voxel when it comes to designing pages, post pages etc. We only have packages but you can set the limit to 1 for a package so each time users want to add a listing they need to purchase a new package

1. It would require some customizations to achieve that, there isn’t an available shortcode unfortunately
2. Same for notifications, it can be done with coding but it’s a bit more complicated

One of the best free wp themes out there is Blocksy [https://wordpress.org/themes/blocksy/] it has an excellent user interface intuitive and if you combine that with Gutenberg blocks and also a free plug-in like Spectra or Stackable https://wordpress.org/plugins/stackable-ultimate-gutenberg-blocks/ which plays nice with Gutenberg you can put together some really nice sites in a short time. Under Elementary is popular but I think it’s clunky and you go around in a lot of circles trying to do simple things. Do you have any other directory plugins that would play nicely with other wordpress themes and block plugins?
A few of the features that really caught my eye about this product were the excellent search ability with the proximity and nice auto complete location that integrates easily with mapbox. And the side by side listings with map and the map radius filter for search results is excellent. does your voxel product offer these features? If an idea of any other directory products that have these features?
I bought this theme some time ago and never used it until today just going over some of the features on a testing site… I wish I knew about the voxel option beforehand, I don’t suppose there’s any way I could get a discount or credit towards the voxel because I don’t think I’m ever going to be use this license that I purchased. Just thought I’d ask, thank you.
We don’t currently support Gutenberg in any themes (in terms of adding our widgets to it), maybe in the future.

I want to create a directory with reoccuring weekend openings for locations. The contributors can pay to add their listing to the website. I want to offer 1 off listings, and reoccuring plans that they can either cancel every quarter or cancel yearly. The events take place every 2nd weekend of the 3/6/9/12th month. See table:
- Edition 1 | Mar 8 2025 | Mar 9 2025 | 10:00-17:00
- Edition 2 | June 7 2025 | Jun 2 8 2025 | 10:00-17:00
- Edition 3 | Sep 13 2025 | Sep 14 2025 | 10:00-17:00

To clearify, for example on March 10th, it will mean that that are not that many listings on the website (only from people with subscriptions), as people have to sign up/activate their listings again for the next “Edition”.
Questions:1) How would you go about implementing this in your theme? ( I was thinking of creating a custom category for each edition and manually deactivating it every end of the event.. but not sure if that’s the best solution?)
2) Is the Woocommerce Subscription plugin mandatory for this to work?
3) Is it possible to have coupon options to the payments section? For example we want to hand out % discount codes, or give a first listing for free.
4) Also, do we need a paid Elementor plan for this theme to set it up?
5) Any other thing I’m overlooking that you recommend for my website?

We have a recurring date field that you can use for this. You can set a condition for listings to expire when the event date is reached. After that users can relist their listing from user dashboard with a new date for the event
2. Since they need to manually relist listings you won’t need wc subscriptions
3. Yes, payment are processed with woocommerce so all the features they offer are available in MyListing
4. Everything you see in our demos is available with the free version. If you want more advanced features like custom header and footers than you can use elementor pro

“Unique view” is considered the first time you view a listing from a specific device and browser, additional views from that same browser will be counted as “Views”
Button clicks – listing types > edit listing type > single page > quick actions > in you check “Enable Tracking”, buttons clicks for that link will show on user dashboard
When creating a business listing and it says no package is assigned but when I click to add a package it says none can be found. A free and paid listing woocommerce products were created and marked as listing packages. What am I missing?
The dropdown shows Paid listing packages not actual WooCommerce products. A paid listing package is generated when the product is purchased. They can also be created manually under Users

Can we request a feature/change in the code please? We have done this ourselves and it works but any updates to the theme will lose the settings.
Basically we want to be able to search by all search options rather than just one. We have found that by modifying options table mylisting_maps and removing gmaps_types option leaving it null allows this on the website.

We tested (and it works) with the google maps option. The only issue at the moment is if you save the map settings page after you have added that code, it defaults back to one of the options so you will need to add an option that says ‘all’ and make that the nulled option in the code. Very simple but really effective.

2- In case the listings expire, are there options to republish them but in a paid way? For example, someone published a free ad and its duration expired, so he pays to republish them

4 – Regarding ratings, will the highest rated listings appear at the top of the search results?

1. Yes you can create promotional packages to promote existing listings for a limited time
2. Yes users can republish their listings from user dashboard. Since you want to use paid listings, you can create a free package that has a limited number of listings (or just one), after listing limit is reached they should purchase a paid package
3. That’s not available unfortunately.

The settings are stored in the wp_options table in database, we don’t have an option to back up these but you can use plugins or most likely your host has an option to backup your site

Hi, I have found a website that uses the MyListings theme and when you do a search the map only shows the amount of markers equal to the amount of listing cards shown on the results page. So you do a search and it lists the first page of 20 cards out of say 400 listing results. The map then only shows 20 markers that relate to those first 20 listing cards. So my question is can the map show all 400 relevant markers on the map so people can search the map to find a result they like or will the map only ever show 20 markers at a time and you have to click through all the pages of 20 cards to find the one you want. The way I want our map to work is for the map to show all markers across the UK from the start so people can move around the map to find what they want and click on a marker for the popup card etc. Or if they do a search all relevant markers are shown on the map and not 20 at a time. Can you confirm this is possible please before i purchase. Many thanks

The number of markers is equal to the posts you load in the results area.
