i have this message when i try to use the activation code “WordPress site as this purchase code is already used in this live domain – https://osamaronin.space/" though I have already deleted that website from the host and also the domain, is it possible to deactivate the license from it because now I can’t access it anymore.

Hi, I have noticed some padding on each page under the header. It’s a different amount on each page and is with the class litho-main-content-wrap. I don’t know where it would be set. Any ideas?

We had purchase the licence somewhere in 2022. The website with client was on hold. It was never released to production enviornment and was lying on our server. By mistake, we have deleted the entire website.

Now if am trying to reinstall the theme for same website (different domain), it says the license is already in use. Can you please help us on how to move this ahead without having to purchase the licence again.

Hi. I just noticed my litho blog post list is not displaying on desktop. All the settings are the same and nothing is hidden in the responsive tab. It just stopped displaying. Is there a theme update that caused this? It was working before.

Why is the Litho portfolio widget not working anymore? I checked my site the other day and a section with the Litho portfolio widget in has now stopped showing content. I have not done anything to the site. I am not paying more money for support when the actual plugins is broken. I have updated all my plugins / Wordpress etc.

If you have updated WordPress then you need to first update theme and then update theme included plugins as per below articles and that should help.

Our theme demo site all features including portfolio are working fine. But in case if that do not work after update for you then there may be some conflict of any other plugins or code customisation, so you can deactivate all other plugins and customisation one by one to find the conflict.

I dont know why are you keep forcing to buy your support plan. We bought the theme so we can manage it ourself. If we need some technical help related to customziation or anything else I shall buy. But here it is not the case. Your licensing system is not working as expected so you cant force me to buy the same. This is not good business practice.

How can we show tags on blog listing page. Currently there is only option to show categories. I want to show tags as well. This is very basic feature need to be there,

I’m having issues with Elementor and it’s been caused by the Litho Addon Plugin

There is no way to diactivate license on the already deleted local server staging. This local server have been deleted few years back and ofcourse not in use. Still when I try to activate lincense on new staging environment it gives error “cannot activate theme license in this WordPress site as this purchase code is already used in this staging domain – http://localhost/litho/."
