Hi,
I’ve bought the theme and license, but it’s been used for testing on another website. Now the test-website has been deleted, but I can’t use the license on the new website anymore, saying it’s been used by another account. There’s no way for me to delete the license there, since the domain does not exist anymore.
Is there anything you can do, for example manually deactivate the license for me?

I purchased this Litho Wordpress theme in 2022 and it has been running on my domain since then. However the website got hacked and I had to wipe that installation with the assumption that because it was the same site my purchase code would still work. In trying to activate the theme it says the code has been activated for the same site I am trying to reactivate for. Please can you help me do what is necessary so I can activate the theme again. As you know I cannot raise a ticket because my support has expired/ I am not asking for customization I am just asking that I am able to use my purchase code. Thanks

Hello, I purchased the license quite some time back. I installed on a website but there was some issue with the provider and now the website is no longer accessible.

I have purchased your theme long ago but never acctualy used it I installed it now and and try to activated with my purchase code. The theme was activated and then when I tried to install the plugins, in order to install and activate the “Litho addons” and “Slider Revolution” it asks me again to activate the theme. So I activated it again (succesfully and got the success message) and then again when I am trying to install the plugins it asks me to active the theme.
So it is a strange loop that will not allow me to move on.

Subject: License transfer request – domain change issue
Hello,
I purchased a regular license for your theme and installed it on my old domain. Later, I migrated my website to a new domain but unfortunately forgot to deactivate/remove the license from the old domain before the migration. The old domain is no longer accessible, so I cannot deactivate it manually.
Now, when I try to activate the theme on my new domain, I get an error stating that the license is already in use on another domain.
Could you please help me transfer or reset the license so I can activate it on my new domain? I still have my purchase receipt/order details available if needed for verification.

I have purchased and installed the theme and been through the support documents. I don’t see a way to import a specific demo. Instead all I can find is the ability to pick and choose features or pages. Is there a way to import a whole demo without knowing which individual pages and elements we want added?

Hi, before i purchase i tested one of your demos on Google page speed, it scored 55 for mobile and desktop failed completely with no score. The demo url is home-design-agency/. Is there an explanation for this as i really like the smoothness of the demos?

Hi, the report you shared has a mobile score of (58) on a clean install(your demo). PageSpeed shows ~7,690ms render-blocking from 40+ CSS files loaded synchronously in the head, plus jQuery blocking before paint. The blocking files include Litho theme CSS and multiple icon sets, plus Elementor.
The issue seems to be the number of CSS requests created by the theme. Most modern themes use critical CSS + one combined stylesheet. Litho loads 40+ separate CSS files (icon packs, element styles, etc.) which delays LCP.
Is Litho planning native support for critical CSS + deferring non-critical CSS, and reducing the number of theme/Elementor CSS files? This appears to be theme-level, not a caching issue.
Its a pity if not because you have really nice smooth demos…

As per this article – https://litho.themezaa.com/documentation/general-theme-options/?category=theme-options-customizer, user can disable not required styles and scripts to reduce the files loading. Unfortunately we do not have critical CSS feature, but that can be achieved using some plugins. We will also add this in our feedback list for future theme updates.
You can also check our Crafto WordPress theme – https://themeforest.net/item/crafto-aipowered-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/58019829 and that include critical CSS and many other performance related options.
