Hello, I have a pre-purchase question. I need to design a website with multiple currencies and multiple languages, which is why I found this feature of your theme appealing. However, the site will not use Shopify Payments, so I’m unsure if the multi-currency feature will work.

01. Multiple Currencies: Shopify Payments is one of the three options for enabling multi-currency. However, if you are not using Shopify Payments, Ella provides two alternative built-in options for managing currencies, both of which are fully functional and independent of Shopify Payments.
02. Multiple Languages: Language function is a default function in Shopify themes, not a custom built-in function. To enable multiple languages, you will need to install a third-party app. Shopify’s Translate & Adapt app is a great free tool, allowing you to translate into two languages automatically.

We have the Ella 6.4.0 version installed.

Does your theme have a bult in “variant picker” that can easily be changed from “pill buttons” to “dropdown” from within Shopify customize page settings? Hello, I am facing abandoned checkout issue on my store. I have setup the store and started to run ads then i noticed there were many orders in abandoned checkout section and when i manually called the customers they said either we were seeing blank page or page expired option so could not place order.
But when i tried to replicate the issue using incognito mode direct to ad or website but i did not get. A friend faced same issue in past with other other theme and asked me to contact theme developers because he did the same and got fix.

Please help me to solve it, as I already bought twice the support from you guys, but for this simple thing I think would be silly to pay half years of the support, when I only need this small fix.

How to set up simulated auto numbers for the ‘Hot Stock’ feature and an emergency countdown timer like in the base theme. I want the stock level to always display as ‘low,’ showing messages like ‘Hurry, only 5 left in stock,’ along with a countdown timer just same like in base theme.
