We have the Ella 6.4.0 version installed.
We try to replicate the megamenu under “TREND” option on this template: https://ella-demo-8.myshopify.com/ (See screenshot https://drive.google.com/file/d/12OeWR7r5ZF5Sspwxo8NgMn5HckFPt3EH/view?usp=drive_link)This megamenu has a carousel with the collection.
However, we only get a static collection using “megamenu 5”, like you can see on:

Pre-Sale Question: From the demos, it looks like products with options/variants are shown either as pill buttons, or swatches. Does your theme have a bult in “variant picker” that can easily be changed from “pill buttons” to “dropdown” from within Shopify customize page settings? Or will this require require custom coding or a paid app in the Shopify store?

Hello, I am facing abandoned checkout issue on my store. I have setup the store and started to run ads then i noticed there were many orders in abandoned checkout section and when i manually called the customers they said either we were seeing blank page or page expired option so could not place order.
But when i tried to replicate the issue using incognito mode direct to ad or website but i did not get. A friend faced same issue in past with other other theme and asked me to contact theme developers because he did the same and got fix.

I tried to do it in EDIT CODE section by copying product.liquid template and creating a new one called product.charms.liquid and copying the code: https://prnt.sc/GaDWUDgiNA_w , but when I did it and tried to edit it in theme customization, both product templates have been changed by my edits, so I really don’t understand how I can do that, as I have different types of products which requires different templates. Please help me to solve it, as I already bought twice the support from you guys, but for this simple thing I think would be silly to pay half years of the support, when I only need this small fix.

This is not a theme issue; it might be because you’re using an older version, right? In the older version, there is no option to create a new template directly.

How to set up simulated auto numbers for the ‘Hot Stock’ feature and an emergency countdown timer like in the base theme. I want the stock level to always display as ‘low,’ showing messages like ‘Hurry, only 5 left in stock,’ along with a countdown timer just same like in base theme.

I’m encountering some issues on the theme side, but since my support period has ended, I’m unable to create support tickets. For instance, the rich text metafields in custom tabs aren’t working correctly—they’re displaying as raw rich text or JSON code rather than being formatted properly. How can I resolve this issue, or is there a way to get support since it seems to be a theme-related problem?

This is not theme issue. The custom tab just supports single-line text and multiple-line text, not support for richtext. So when you enter richtext, it will not show the format as you want.

- Ella Shopify 6.0 - Child themes (This file comes with some child themes, other child themes are already included as a homepage in Ella theme) - PSD file: We only provide PSD file of Ella default homepage
