I want to report a bug in your theme and looking for a solution. I installed it and imported demo content. After this i started customizing the site according to my liking but as soon as i un-installed the plugins i don’t need the site stopped working properly.

Now when i go to the homepage of the site the preloader keeps on loading and my mouse courser stops working too. Upon disabling the preloader from theme settings i still see that white box on the homepage with small loading dot but never see an actual page.

Please help me fix this issue.

Note: I already sent this message to your support and they replied on the email asking if am available to come on google meet now. I agreed and kept waitng but they never responded back to me for more then 4 hours now.

Seller and I exchanged e-mails yesterday and he disappeared. I am still waiting for him to write me back and support was included for 6 months.

Hi, I purchased this theme from Envato Market and was installing it today

while installing and then activating required plugins i got 2 plugins that was not activated and then i activated it again and after it got activated i got below message -

1. Your theme (Webteck) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

2. Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I found below 2 outdated version in wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status#status-table-templates

webteck/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 7.9.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.2.0,

webteck/woocommerce/myaccount/form-lost-password.php version 9.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.2.0 Have you provided outdated theme or 2 outdated plugins?

Why wordpress is asking to update the theme to latest version or ask author about with the current WooCommerce version?

Please help fix the version issue fast because we have to work on it asap..

Hello, I purchased your Webtech IT theme, but after moving it to production (migration), I am facing an issue where no links are working on my new site. Even when I reactivate the permalinks, the problem persists. Do you have any solutions or suggestions?

i bought a fresh copy of the theme.. in the theme download folder has no theme documentation and no demo data can be downloaded…

I imported the Demo content and there are miltiple pages with the same content. Everything is same except the name of the duplicate page has “OP” at the end.

How to remove displaying Tags and “Comments are closed” under blog post. As i tried updating the settings under Webteck options, it isnt taking effect.

I would like a refund, i have purchased over 30 templates and this one is too complex. This is the first template I have bought that doesnt have any installation instructions. I am not a WordPress pro but I haven’t had any issues with out templates as they all came with installation instructions and sometimes they come with the database dump which makes it even easier.

While the theme looks brilliant, it is extremely difficult to use. Elementor is not opening, changes are not reflecting on the front end and where it does, it does not reflect through the entire pages. I am receiving many errors. I have sent you an email. Please kindly help.
