The theme updating doesn’t seem to work. I’m on version 2.4, the token is applied, it tells me an update is available – but clicking it takes me to “The theme is at the latest version” and refuses to update. Is this feature broken?

2.4 looks like a very old version you are using. I would suggest updating it by uploading the installable theme zip at Appearance => Themes. You can always download the latest version copy from your ThemeForest’s Downloads page.

Hi there,
I’m running into an issue with our Events registration form. When users submit the form, it hangs on the message “Sending Information to Event Manager…” without redirecting or showing a confirmation message. The form data does come through on our end, but users aren’t getting any feedback, so they don’t know their submission was successful.
This only started happening recently—it was working fine before. I’ve already checked for plugin conflicts and updated everything, but no luck so far.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are using the latest version of theme i.e. v3.7 and have updated the Core plugin from Born To Give => plugins page.

Makes no sense at all that Theme options will not save anything.
No edit, not color change, nothing is working and now it’s forced me to leave a comment here.
Next page says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I’ve yet to receive ANY admin email. Not good at all.
I’m using Version 3.6, system status has all green check marks as well.
Honestly, I’m aggravated with the bugs I’m finding with this theme.
What now, you expect me to renew support for your theme that should be working for simple theme option updates?

I sent another email with screenshots as I found a new bug today, now theme options > general > disable maintenance is not working at all! I appreciate your team fixing theme options the other day, but again, this is a new bug that I must report. I hope this will get fixed asap.
Also before you respond, I can assure you that I have enabled and disabled as a test. Still nothing. Plus there is no conflicting plugin with a maintenance feature. Matter of fact, I’ve never enabled website maintenance and it’s always shown disabled. Lastly, looks like you clearly have other users with the same issue. I think your business model is to keep people purchasing extra support tickets when your theme should clearly be working better than this for basic out of the box functionality.
Looks like you guys fixed this quickly, I do thank you for doing this. I sincerely hope that it stays bug free because there are great things about this theme, once all the pieces work together. Thank you again

Hi, it is unfair for your theme to automatically set to ‘maintenance mode’ and one cant change it to live from the theme option. Many buyers have complained about this for many years but its still same way despite all the update you have made to the theme. My support for this theme has expired and I cannot pay just to have you turn maintenance mode off. So please, how do I get my site to live mode? Thanks and hear from you soon.

You can disable the maintenance mode from Theme Options => General. If it is already disabled then enable it once and save options. Now disable it again and save the options. This should help. If the problem persists please send an email to envato[at]imithemes.com

Hello I have an issue with the donation popup. The popup is too low on the screen. It does not show the button because its too low on the screen. I can not click and drag the popup to the top of the screen. Also there is not scrollbar in the popup.
