Hi, I just updated the theme and wordpress version but the pages with the visual builder are not loading the editor in the backend. It shows a message “Loading…” but nothing happens. I tried deactivating all plugins and it still shows the problem. I have wordpress 6.3 and The Rex 4.0, php 8.2 (tried with 7.4 but nothing happens)

There is issues in developing the site 1) there is no asked any License key 2) I have installed Demo pages but pagbuilder options are not displayed See attach photo

Is there a lightbox feature for pictures in a standard post? When I click on them, they bounce to a separate view – pic only. Or is this something I need to do with an additional plugin?

Hi, another quick question. I like the look of the full-width slider but want to do the same thing with a Custom HTML page to put a full-width video. I don’t see an option to do that but is it something relatively easy to do?

Hi there. Just purchased your REX theme and installed it. Activated the theme and it changed it, however now when I edit a page (I use SiteOrigin PageBuilder), I don’t see any of my content. I can’t Add Row or Add Widget – nothing is showing.
Deactivated all plugins, reactivated the PageBuilder ones – shows my content on the front end, nothing on the back end.
Re-activated my previous theme (Vantage) and everything is back to normal.
Is this an conflict issue with PageBuilder? Help.

The theme doesn’t support the SiteOrigin PageBuilder. This theme has its own pagebuilder, so can you please use the pagebuilder of the theme to build your website?
To use help the theme work perfectly, please install and activate all plugins that come with the theme via Appearance -> Install Plugins.
Then to use the pagebuilder, please go to Page -> create new page -> name for it and select the page template as pagebuilder, you should see the pagebuilder panel. From here you can start to build your home page

Ok, good to know. So I deactivated and deleted the PageBuilder plugins. Created a page, gave it a name and set the Template to Page Builder. It then shows two layouts with some “Loading …” text, then hangs. It doesn’t go any further.
I have the Classic Editor installed (since I like using that in some cases), so I deactivated that and tried again – changing to the Page Builder Template does not change anything on the screen.
The only plugins I have activated (that appear to be needed) are: BK Shortcode, Login With Ajax, Sidebar Generator and oAuth Twitter Feed for Developers.
Any other ideas? Appreciate your help with this.

Ok, so I got it to work, sort of. Apparently there is a conflict with reCaptcha by BestWebSoft plugin as well. That’s fine, I can work around this. I’ll keep you posted…

Hi bkninja. Unfortunately I just don’t get the language sets working with loco. It always says “no translations have been found”. Instead, they are all listed below as “not assigned”. Using the “setup” tab does not provide any useful information on how to setup the languages for loco translate that they are understand. I really tried looking for the problem but it says “contact the author of the theme”. Which I do

Thanks for the respond. Actually that never worked and I replaced strings in a child theme. Did you eventually provide an XML-file for the correct implementation of the included language files?
I get jquery error in new post of admin panel (wp-admin/post-new.php) after i update Wordpress to the newest version. Error message: “Uncaught TypeError: this._addClass is not a function”
