I hope you will bring multi-language support soon. Because you have done a really great job. It is impossible to use multi-site for different languages only. We cannot create each content individually. Can we do multi-language support ourselves? is it possible?

1. Unfortunately no, there are parts of the theme that are not compatible with multi-lingual plugins so you will face issues with this
2. Yes you can use it in a main domain and as many sub-domains as you need
If multi-language is crucial then maybe it’s better to look for an alternative solution for this project.

we purchased your theme and it worked for a while, last month the user feature allowing to create listings stopped working, it shows a 404 page when the listing is submitted and it can’t be found in the back-office not even as draft.
We created a staging version of the website updating all plugins and themes and disabling everything not strictly related to your theme: https://staging2.veronapwn.com/
We write here since we paid the advanced support in the past but in your website keeps saying it’s invalid, anyway we would appreciate your attention since it appears to be a structural bug compromising basic functionalities. We gladly purchased the theme trusting in its stability, planning to maintain it for months or years solving problems by our own, hoping we’ll not be forced to pay additional support fees for basic stability matters.

You have a “Year” field in the add listing form, go to listing types > edit listing type > fields > click on the “Year” filed > I believe the key for that field is “year” which is already used in the add listing process so this is causing the issue, change that to something else e.g. membership-year

This is only available for images since you can create multiple gallery files, limit each of them to a different package and set a different number of upload files for each. For the other two this is not possible

This is not a 100% bug free theme. There are very nice features, but then there are lot of complications. One of the biggest is Cache thing. Sometimes changes do not reflect. I had to disable the cache from performance settings. And then there’s a contact tab for Real Estate on The Sale type Listing. I enabled one Contact 7 form, but then it is not rendering for other listings. I only see this form on my one of the listings, and not visible on other. Even there is no change.

If you make changes in preview card then it’s required to regenerate preview card cache under performance settings
You need to use the contact form block or the booking tab to display contact form 7 forms

1. It doesn’t work exactly like that. You can assign categories, sub-categories to a listing which then will show on listing page. When you click on a category or sub-category you are redirected to explore page and you will see other listings that have been added in that category
2. You can create a new listing type for this purpose which they can use to add their offers and promotions, similar to events or jobs in the listing you shared. You can also display those events on homepage. You can use the date field or recurring date field and then expire these offer listings when the end date is reached automatically.
Hi, when entering an address to create a listing, if we don’t use the map, it won’t save. For example, if we input a specific address, there’s no way to update the map to reflect the specified address. If we type a keyword like “Toronto,” it only shows 5 results, which isn’t helpful because it won’t include the exact address we’re looking for. And if we enter more than one keyword, the suggestion dropdown doesn’t appear.
So, the two main issues are:
1. Manually entered addresses don’t update the map.
2. The suggestion dropdown only works for single-keyword searches and limits results to 5.

OSM has a small library when it comes to Geocoding, I’d recommend using OSM just for displaying maps and use either Google Maps or Mapbox for geocoding. Theme tools > map services > openstreetmaps > geocoding provider

Yes it will work on Hostgator, depending on the number of listings you expect for directory sites it’s recommended to choose a plan with dedicated hosting instead of shared hosting
