Hi there, Under “Appearence” tab there is “Theme Options” missing. The theme run well last year but this year I’m having several issues. When I try to upload Rainbow Elements plugins, I encounter the error: “504 Gateway Time-out – The server didn’t respond in time.” On the backend plugin page, I see the Rainbow Elements plugin, but many assets are missing. This seems to be causing the theme to malfunction. Could you assist in resolving this issue? I can’t activate the license as well. Thank you.

Namecheap support suggested that I contact you. They confirmed that Namecheap’s server meets the requirements listed for the theme and have reviewed everything on their end without finding any issues with the server setup. Could you resolve this issue? Additionally, are there any specific IP addresses related to the theme’s activation process that they should whitelist in their security system?

Does your theme not support WordPress version 6.7.1? I’ve been trying to install it for the past three days with no success. Initially, I encountered a license issue and created a support ticket for that. and you already solved it. Now, I’m facing a “file missing” error. I’ve installed all the required plugins and watched several videos about the InBio theme for guidance, but in this new version, the theme files seem disorganized.

Hello. let me explain to everyone what happened. first i purchased this theme and then i had a minor issue as im a amateur wordpress developer. i contacted support and they were actually very helpful + respectful BUT it was ME who missed up. i didnt understand the steps the told me to do. they entered and fixed it. i screwed up again. i blamed them. they fixed it again AND when i asked them too buy the other theme they accepted. in my book this is honest work. this is integrity. i love that. i respect that. i already know ur high quality work so im going to buy ur other theme now. thank your mr.BM Rafekul Islam.

When I activate the demo, then wordpress want the purchase code. when I tried to active with the purchase code, WordPress said, “No valid request method works for license checking.” I created a ticket. I can’t activate the theme nor can I install the Rainbow Elements as both are giving error. I have sent screenshots to the author but no response for more than 24hrs now. I am stuck as I can’t proceed with my website.

The theme was activated which is my initial complaint, now I am trying to import the demo, the same cURL error is back. This is so unacceptable. You really really need to ensure this thing works well before publishing it to the public!
