Please note the update(S) resolved this odd display issue, but what we want to know is how do we clean out all these backup records in the options database, it’s a mess in here, and should there not be a button in the theme somewhere to remove them or at least overwrite them somehow, there is a 175 data records just for xts-theme_settings_XXX?.

I use Gutenberg to build websites but background video doesn’t autoplay on iPhone, tested iOS 15-17 (It only works on Elementor).
Please try to add block: Dashboard -> Homepage -> Full with section -> Style -> Background video -> Local (Self-hosted mp4).
And animated .webp backgrounds also don’t work when refreshing the page on iPhone.

The product price block on Gutenberg is not getting updated with variable products. Example: 3 variations for the product, one is selected as default but when clicking on the product and getting to the single product page the price is still a range or if the range is disabled it’s set to the lowest price (not the price for the default selected item).
The price block works fine in Elementor.

After update to 8.0.1 the text on product pages disappeared. After inspecting it seems like this is causing the issue:
.wpb-content-wrapper>p { display: none; }
This line of code is inside wp-content/themes/woodmart/css/parts/int-wpb-base.min.css?ver=8.0.1
Causes the text in product description
to disappear.
Also the product tags when displayed on product page are going all the way outside of the page if they are too many… This is also a CSS issue it seems to be a problem with the inline.

Those are very frustrating bugs, that can ruin the SEO of a website and UX. Please address them to the developers of the theme to fix them.

Thank you! Yes, I was able to fix it with CSS but still you need to address this issue with the developers to fix it globally.
Cannot give admin access because the website is for gifts and now it is our season. I don’t have online clone of the website for dev purposes. I have just rolled over to the previous version till you fix the issues with the new one.

Hi. Just here to report few bugs for Woodmart/Basel.
I have both, Basel and Woodmart – different accounts tho.
1. I created a html block with WP Bakery, and added some custom css to it inside wp bakery https://prnt.sc/z06giH0stcjN ....When I add this block to any page the CSS is not applied. I have to add it again to that page even if it is added within the html block editor page.
2. Navigation background links color can’t be changed. It is automatically pulled from primary color making it a little bit lighter, which is irritating. See the pictures:

I am trying to find my account password/email where I have Woodmart license. I will return once I get it. Tomorrow probably. The support is expired for my Basel, and probably Woodmart account, so I can’t make topics on support forum.
Anyway I just wanted to let you know of these issues. Would be nice to tell everyone how to change that background. But first try it yourself, specifically on that demo.

Your code doesn’t do anything in my case. However, I was able to change primary color specifically for the main navigation:
.wd-header-nav { —wd-primary-color: red; }
.wd-header-nav a { color: var(—wd-primary-color); }
The theme automatically uses some strange algorithm that you set it to, and makes main navigation background to lighter color.
Now, I have to use “trial and error” method just to find the right background color for my main navigation links.
Also, the style is way too rounded, and there is no option to change that. Gonna do more css I guess. This wouldn’t be a problem if the style or code is known. But I don’t know where to look. None of the normal developer tools detect this background.

Nah, it only works for hover-over. Active link background still doesn’t work.
Hehe, this is ridiculous. Maybe you can add options to change this in future updates. I added the radius tho, much better for me: border-radius: 5px;
This is the CSS that will change active and hover background color on main navigation links: Remember to use this style for the menu. Choose it within the header builder menu options. Then apply the CSS with the adjusting it with the colors you want.

I just came to say that I bought another license. The help is very good. You have my full support. Keep improving Woodmart, it is one of the best themes I worked with.
I just wanted to ask is Gutenberg capable of doing the same design stuff when compared to wp bakery? Bakery has lots of tweaks and options for each row/column etc. I do all my customizations through Bakery.

Yes, I understand that. My question is whether it is possible to use the WPML and how easy it is to add the translation and currency on a template that does not include those design features.
We have a special element for the language switcher. As for the currency switcher, you can easily add it using WordPress menu + WPML settings.

Also, I saw you offer built in theme translation but as far as I understand, this can be used to translate the theme to one language only, can you confirm on that please?
Thank you for purchasing our theme. This element is called “WPML Languages” and can be found while editing the header in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Header builder.
You can use our translation files to translate the theme to multiple languages as well. But you will need to have the WPML plugin installed.
