I can’t for the life of me figure out how to edit the ‘quick view’ page?

I’m trying to remove the ‘input text’ and ‘input file’ sections, but there does not seem to be an option anywhere.

Just to clarify: Quick view is the popup, not the page.

To remove “Input name” and “Input file”, please go to Theme settings -> General -> disable this option: https://prnt.sc/ws2Lyz0EBj7H

Please note that this setting will apply for the Quick view and Product page. If you want to keep it on Product page and just remove for Quick view, we don’t have the setting, but we can help you change in the code.

i am using ella theme for my shopify store, i completely design my whole website. but i don’t know that i can use 1 theme for 1 store only. so to design another store i have upload ella to another store. but i don’t get any copyright or some issue, but my website and theme from 1 store suddenly stopped or theme deleted from store.

even if i delete the theme from 2nd store, my main 1 store is still coming like a basic template.i tried to reach shopify support but they said – To revert the theme, please reach out to the theme developer. They have complete access to the theme’s specifications since it’s a third-party theme.

Can you help me in reverting my website , because it was completely designed and i don’t want to design the whole website again.

Hi there, I experienced a bug on my version 6.2 It occurs when using a phone and navigating with the drop down menu bar. Some of the categories takes me to the account page instead of the linked category. I tried to update the version, but I get an error, I also don’‘t know what to update. I know support has expired, but I think it’s unfair I have to pay 65 dollars when I’m not looking for a cosmetic help, but rather help with a bug. Hi, There is a bug to your json code for “To show icons for vertical menu” here https://halosoft.gitbook.io/ella-documentation/header/header-for-desktop/home-06-supermarket . After i pasted the code to section > header-group.json , the menu does not drop down, and the Rich Text “Buy Now Pay Later…. etc ” appear twice” look like its an outdated code for 6.5. Could you please guy update your document station as it really cost a lot of time to email you for each issue. update it well as it will help to ease your workload as well. thanks.

When a new update version is released, it will be a core theme source, independent of the previous one you are using. Therefore, you do not need to back up your current store.
