Ensure you have the latest version of the Ohio theme (3.4.8).
After that, remove and reinstall the Ohio Extra plugin from scratch, so that you will get the Ohio Extra plugin with the fix. You can do this in the “Appearance > Install Plugins” WordPress menu.
After that ensure that you clear browser’s and server’s caches.

Please, why can I not set a downloadable product on Woocommerce product page. I have selected ‘simple product’ > ‘virtual’ > ‘Downloadable’ and have input a URL for the downloadable file. Yet, the button still remains as ‘Add to Cart.’
The ‘Add to Cart’ text is supposed to change to ‘Download’
I have disabled all plugins that aren’t required for standard theme functionality yet, the issue persists.

Seems like there’s no issue with a downloadable product, and that’s how it works. Customers add the product to the cart and get a direct link to download the digital file after purchasing.

Hi, the theme looks great and lots of options. I have a question before deciding if it is suitable – when i view and browse the demo page, the cursor will comes with a circle target following around. is this able to turn off so that it will be a standard cursor? I find this animation not needed and seems lagging.

Absolutely, the only thing you should know is that the intro area animation is available with Elementor Pro version only. It will be static (without a scrolling effect) with the free version.
As for the marquee effect, there’s no such pre-built option and you should find a way to make it on your own or use a third-party plugin for that.

Hey team, that doesn’t work. The solution is to rollback elementor to a previous version that is compatible with the theme update.
Please ensure that you clear all cache after updating Ohio Extra, as this fix has worked for other customers who contacted us with the same issue.

Hi, I sent you access credentials to the test site where there is the problem (also reported by other users) of the incompatibility between the latest version of Elementor and Ohio Extra Plugin. I cleared caches everywhere and regenerated the Elementor files and resynchronized the libraries. Unfortunately, without having access to your WP admin panel we can’t check what is causing the problem on your site. All customers who contacted us with the same issue were able to fix it by updating Ohio Extra.
Ensure, that you have Ohio 3.4.8 and Ohio Extra 3.4.8 (installed recently from our server) if the issue remains please share your WP credentials (we haven’t received any inbox from you so far).

Hello, I have imported 2 pages to test. (clean install, all plugins up to date).

they both have 2 different headers. when i adjust the header in theme settings > header > general > layout it should show this chosen header on all pages of the website. this layout is only applied to the page demo26, but not to the page demo8.
is there a page setting on the page (demo8), that overrules the general theme settings? I cannot find where to adjust this…
can you guide me towards this setting? looking forward to your reply.

Hi,
There’s a problem in the footer.
When we hover on any button or any text that has link applied to it when hovered the font changes to some another font. For example I have applied “Aspekta 400 Medium”, san-serif” in my typography setting in the theme itself, the link in the footer will show that font no doubt but when I hover them the font changes to “Gilroy Medium” which are nowhere to be found in the CSS of the site or anywhere in the fonts criteria. And when I inspect to see where’s the CSS applied
I see “(index):199” and this CSS is nowhere to be found and where do I even edit this. Why is it being applied here and not only here I can see this thing in Services page too.

Thanks for helping out but we solved it however there’s one more problem we spotted.
in Ohio Theme there’s a problem with the “Ohio extra” plugin. It shows a critical error when activated.

for clarification: “Theme Styling” is completely missing in Theme Settings > General Settings.
In General, the only selections I have are Logo, Preloader, Cursor, Scroll to Top, and Search.

Thanks! We are checking the Theme (to be used for a project) and from the looks i cant find a section where to add a custom footer (Elementor Pro is installed). Do you have a documentation for it=? Creating it via the Elementor Theme builder creates under the footer section a “reccomended article” section and “next post” pop ups. Which is strange.

Unfortunately, there’s no built-in option to make that. Customization of the theme’s source file will be required.
Try to remove gallery images from the Project Settings area and add them with a page builder (WPBakery or Elementor) below the gallery. That should work.

Seems like you should add images the way described in the plugin’s how-to to have the required lightbox.
Theme Settings > Portfolio Lightbox option enable/disable the portfolio Quickview preview, not a gallery lightbox.

Yes, I know, but PRO functions are not enabled anymore, and when I bought theme they were.
