Hi, I sent you access credentials to the test site where there is the problem (also reported by other users) of the incompatibility between the latest version of Elementor and Ohio Extra Plugin. I cleared caches everywhere and regenerated the Elementor files and resynchronized the libraries. But despite your indications the site still has a critical problem (blank page) due to /wp-content/plugins/ohio-extra/editore/widgets/recent-projects/recent-projects-widget.php on line 949

What if it was a cache problem, why does the site still have a critical problem despite providing you with credentials?

Unfortunately, without having access to your WP admin panel we can’t check what is causing the problem on your site. All customers who contacted us with the same issue were able to fix it by updating Ohio Extra.
Ensure, that you have Ohio 3.4.8 and Ohio Extra 3.4.8 (installed recently from our server) if the issue remains please share your WP credentials (we haven’t received any inbox from you so far).

Hello, I have imported 2 pages to test. (clean install, all plugins up to date).

they both have 2 different headers. when i adjust the header in theme settings > header > general > layout it should show this chosen header on all pages of the website. this layout is only applied to the page demo26, but not to the page demo8.
is there a page setting on the page (demo8), that overrules the general theme settings? I cannot find where to adjust this…
can you guide me towards this setting? looking forward to your reply.

If some of the global options don’t apply, most likely that it’s overridden with the local one.

Hi,
There’s a problem in the footer.
When we hover on any button or any text that has link applied to it when hovered the font changes to some another font. For example I have applied “Aspekta 400 Medium”, san-serif” in my typography setting in the theme itself, the link in the footer will show that font no doubt but when I hover them the font changes to “Gilroy Medium” which are nowhere to be found in the CSS of the site or anywhere in the fonts criteria. And when I inspect to see where’s the CSS applied
I see “(index):199” and this CSS is nowhere to be found and where do I even edit this. Why is it being applied here and not only here I can see this thing in Services page too.

Thanks for helping out but we solved it however there’s one more problem we spotted.
in Ohio Theme there’s a problem with the “Ohio extra” plugin. It shows a critical error when activated.

Ensure, that you have the latest version of Ohio theme (3.4.8).
After that, remove and reinstall the Ohio Extra plugin from scratch. You can do this under “Appearance > Install Plugins” WordPress menu.
After that ensure that you clear browser’s and server’s caches.
That should solve the compatibility issue with the most recent Elementor.

for clarification: “Theme Styling” is completely missing in Theme Settings > General Settings.
In General, the only selections I have are Logo, Preloader, Cursor, Scroll to Top, and Search.

Thanks! We are checking the Theme (to be used for a project) and from the looks i cant find a section where to add a custom footer (Elementor Pro is installed). Do you have a documentation for it=? Creating it via the Elementor Theme builder creates under the footer section a “reccomended article” section and “next post” pop ups. Which is strange.

Unfortunately, there’s no built-in option to make that. Customization of the theme’s source file will be required.
Try to remove gallery images from the Project Settings area and add them with a page builder (WPBakery or Elementor) below the gallery. That should work.

OK, I’ve added your native gallery to WPBakery. Question:
1. How do I replace the your native lightbox? 2. Or how to disable the your native lightbox? I disabled here “Theme Settings > Portfolio Lightbox >” , but it loads by default.

Seems like you should add images the way described in the plugin’s how-to to have the required lightbox.
Theme Settings > Portfolio Lightbox option enable/disable the portfolio Quickview preview, not a gallery lightbox.

Yes, I know, but PRO functions are not enabled anymore, and when I bought theme they were.

Hey guys, I found a small bug.
In a multi level menu, if you have on the top page the colors of sub-menu do not work correctly.

On image 1 (left), all sub items are red. On image 2 (right), everything is working correctly. I believe this is a bug, since before it only highlighted RED the page I was on, not any subitems.

Hello, I bought the theme in February and I update it regularly. There have been updates to ACF Pro and WP Bakery recently. I have the following message in the back office for ACF “Activate your license to enable access to updates, support & PRO features.” I thought this was provided in the theme, do I have to buy the license on my side? Similarly for WP Bakery it tells me “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.” Do I have to buy the license on my side?
