Hi, when will the latest theme updates be available to make it compatible with the new WordPress and WooCommerce? My site is full of warnings and errors.

The current version of the theme listed in change log is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.

You can also use the current version of the theme with the latest version of WooCommerce. As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. Note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.

Does this theme fully support RTL (right-to-left) layout, especially for Arabic? Will the layout automatically flip when using Arabic as the site language (menus, headers, product pages, etc.)?

I plan to build a multilingual site in Arabic and French, so RTL compatibility is important for my use case.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our support and they will provide you with latest version.

I’m on the latest version of your template but Woocommerce is reporting out of date template files.

Your theme has a woocommerce.php file. You will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.

cocco/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.4.0,

cocco/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 7.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.4.0,

cocco/woocommerce/product-searchform.php

You can add links to these pages a in a menu which you will set to be mobile menu. Unfortunately, there isn’t a widget area which will allow just icons to be added next to the mobile menu opener.

When I try to make adjustments on my site, such as enabling or disabling features, uploading images, or any other content changes, I find that the settings are not saved correctly. For instance, when I enable an option and save it, upon reloading the page, it reverts to its original state (disabled). The same occurs when trying to upload images or modify any type of content.

do you have plans to update the theme. Files are outdated, Bakery PageBuilder is very old and we are still on WordPress 6.2.4 and need the latest version.

Hi, thanks for designing a great theme as yours.

Just wanted to bring to your attention the certain Woocommerce files appear to be outdated on the Cocco theme. We’re receiving a message on the dashboard saying that.

Secondly, the WPBakery plugin is also outdated and according to a web application firewall, it’s current version has a vulnerability.

Truly appreciate your attention on this, and we look forward to seeing an update on Themeforest for the theme soon.

Unfortunately this cannot be changed through theme options. If you want to set title heading differently then you will need to edit our theme files. You can submit a ticket at our Help Center, and our support agents will let you know the path to the files you should edit.

The content of top bar and header widget areas can be edited in Appearance > Widgets. You can find more info in the documentation in this link.

Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown until you submit a ticket for it first. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.
