There is a problem with the files as there is no THEMPLET for the theme, and the other problem is that the home page does not appear with the full design like the demo and it is not possible to modify it

I’ve downloaded the theme and am working on transitioning my live website (vitiligocover.com), which currently uses WPBakery Page Builder, to The Retailer. I’ve set up a staging environment to ensure everything is configured properly before making it live.
Here’s the issue: when I open the staging version of my site with The Retailer theme active, instead of seeing the expected output of WPBakery Page Builder, I’m seeing the shortcode text or raw WPBakery coding.
I contacted WPBakery support, and they suggested I reach out to the theme developer, as they believe the issue may be related to the theme.
Could this be a conflict between the premium version of WPBakery that I already have installed on my live site and the version bundled with The Retailer theme? If so, is there a recommended way to resolve this conflict?

I have checked the website and it seems that your previous theme has custom WP Bakery elements that our theme doesn’t have.
Transitioning from one theme to another isn’t an easy route and since all themes are different you can’t just switch themes.

Hi I installed the theme and wp bakery, but when I go to edit the theme in the front-end it gives me this error ” Warning: preg_replace(): Compilation failed: regular expression is too large at offset 84839 in /home/illegal1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/editors/class-vc-frontend-editor.php on line 1105 “
What should I do? Why doesn’t it let me edit the template pages, neither with gutemberg nor others.

I don’t understand how to modify the template pages; When I open the Classic eCommerce homepage with WP Bakery there are only text blocks containing images and text. However on the front-end there are product carousels, etc. Where/how do you modify the template content?

To modify the template, use the WordPress block editor instead of WP Bakery. Access it by editing the page in the WordPress dashboard and using the block editor to adjust or add content blocks.

Hi, I have a question before I download this theme. I see that it’s being offered for free until Dec. 2. Could you clarify what the ‘no updates’ clause means? Does it mean that automatic updates within WordPress will not be available, but I would still be able to manually update the theme if a new version is released? Or does it mean that this version won’t receive any updates at all, leaving it potentially unprotected in the future?

Hi, for the theme demo, we used only native WordPress blocks and an in-house plugin called Product Blocks. All plugins are optional, including Product Blocks.

Great theme, enjoy using it. A bug I found is the blog post margins left & right are greyed out in Elementor and can’t be changed. I have tried every means possible to reduce the margin because it crushes text to be too narrow on mobile.
Please can this be fixed or a CSS code to reduct blog post margin left & right,

Never mind I figured out the problem. When the sidebar is turned off for blog posts, the margins shrink the content. and the margins can’t be changed.
