Hi, I just bought the theme submitted a ticket and got suspended on login in. I had and issue with an Outdated plugin-WPBakery Page Builder

​I updated the theme to its new version 1.6.0 slider revolution updated to its latest version but WPBakery Page Builder plugin had an error I just want to know how i can update it to its latest verion since it says I do and the outdated plugins show a site health issue

“There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 8.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”​

You can not update the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins. To update these 2 plugins, you need to delete them first. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install them again.

Hi, I want to know how to install a “Create an account” button or interphase; bacause the theme only gives the choice of “Login” interphase but not “Create an account”.

You need to enable the registration form in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy (Allow customers to create an account: On “My account” page). Hi, we have a problem with the MyMedi theme update.

The site in question is https://2c4b-medical.com/ and, after updating the theme from version 1.1.2 to 1.5.9, part of the site’s style was lost (font, colors, background in the header that I fixed from css and in other parts of the site, borders added in elements). To better understand, I leave you the link of a copy of the old site with version 1.1.2 of the theme: https://sviluppo-evolveweb.com/2c4b-old/

We did the update because the “Proceed with order” button on the cart page was no longer clickable for some reason. Updating the theme solved the problem but now there are style problems.

I would like to replace or update the X icon (formerly Twitter) in the footer section of the theme. However, I noticed that the X icon does not seem to be available in the current theme’s icon library.

Could you please guide me on how to:

Add the X icon to the theme if it is not included? Replace the existing Twitter icon with the X icon in the footer? If custom CSS or modifications to the theme’s code are required, I would appreciate detailed instructions to ensure the changes are implemented correctly.

Same as the other 2 people reporting, checkout button not working, theme and plugins are on latest versions. Appears to be after latest Woocommerce and/or wordpress updates in last 48 hours.

I am having issues with another plugin used for product options. Some options can be selected, others cant. I tested activating another theme and the options plugin works fine. Thus I assume the issue is whith Mymedi theme. This is a sample of the product page with the issue: https://floristeriacamelot.com/tienda-en-linea/color/multicolor/melodia-primaveral/. I have just updated to the lasted version of the theme but the problem persists.

I updated my site to the latest version of the system because I was receiving a warning that the templates were out of date. Even after updating to the latest version, I still receive the warning: mymedi/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version 9.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.2.0.

How do I solve this?
