Hello. There’s a problem with the member login in the top right corner of the theme. The same problem also occurs on the mobile version. The links to the WooCommerce Member Area are incorrect and do not work. We appreciate your support in this matter.

I am considering the Mymedi WordPress Theme for an online pharmacy website and I want to confirm if the theme supports the following prescription workflows: 01. Prescription Product Purchase Flow -For certain products (prescription medicines), customers cannot purchase directly. -They must upload a prescription document (image/PDF) before checkout. -The order should remain pending/on hold until our support team verifies the prescription and approves it.

-A visitor should be able to upload a prescription from the website (without choosing products). -After receiving the prescription, our support team will review it, prepare a list of medicines mentioned in the prescription, and share it with the customer. -The customer can then confirm the order for further processing.

Could you please confirm if the theme already includes these features, or if we need to use a WooCommerce plugin/custom development to achieve this workflow? Thank you for your assistance.

Unfortunately, we don’t support this feature in the MyMedi theme. You can use the third-party plugin to customize this feature.

I bought the last version of theme. In the past I used the old version of same Mymedi theme. Everything is good except their support. I asked them to help me with some upgrade tweaks, they didn’t even try to help. I can’t attach any screenshot here but their support is bad.

Your problem is that because your colleague configured and edited directly in the original theme and didn’t use the child theme, all those changes are gone when you update the MyMedi theme. We can only assist you with updating the latest version of the MyMedi theme and issues related to the MyMedi theme.

It is not feasible for you to request a 100% restoration of the original site because we are not the ones who directly change or customize those things on your site.

We think you should contact your former colleague and ask them to check it for you, or to send you the path of the changes so you can integrate them into your site.

I’m using the MyMedi theme and recently we’ve noticed some back-end performance issues on our site. Our hosting provider suggested enabling WordPress debugging (WP_DEBUG_LOG) to investigate further.

After doing so, we found repeated notices related to early translation loading. Specifically, translations for both the mymedi and js_composer domains are being loaded too early — before the init hook.

Example notice:

PHP Notice: _load_textdomain_just_in_time called incorrectly. Translation loading for ‘mymedi’ or ‘js_composer’ triggered too early. It should happen at ‘init’ or later.

Could you please look into this and let us know if it can be resolved in a future update?

You can temporarily disable notice by disabling WP_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/wp-config/#wp-debug. We will update the theme soon.

Good afternoon! I have a problem in mobile version I cant see a menu, its disappeared. Also google pay button and add to cart behave themself strange. Another question how can I change view in product on toggles instead of tabs. Customer will press the arrow and will read the information.

The speed of a website depends on many things:

- Hosting performance: If you check your website here https://tools.pingdom.com/, you will see that it takes much time to receive a response from your hosting. So, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to check to host a performance for you.

- Plugins: you should only install the necessary plugins.

- Images: you should optimize the image with Photoshop or https://tinypng.com/

- The distance between server and visitors: when you check the website on gtmetrix or other online tools, they request your website from their server. So the result is not correct.

In the latest version distributed I am getting this message in Wordpress/Woocommerce:

mymedi/woocommerce/loop/orderby.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.7.0

Could you please correct this?

Please downgrade the WooCommerce to 9.6.1 and don’t update the WooCommerce 9.7.x until we check and update the MyMedi theme latest version

Now, the MyMedi theme version is 1.6.2 and it only compatible with WooCommerce 9.6.1

- In left menu in BO I see 2x link “brands” - In products page I have empty column brands (in product detail I see brands) - for this reason dont function brands filtering in category page - I think its taxonomy problem or conflict with plugin Rnk math seo?

Currently, we are building our woocommerce store using Mymedi theme, and we keep facing this bug with shipping options. Our store offers free shipping for orders over 100 euros, however, as the customer with said order (100 Eur +) enters the cart pay-for shipping option still remains there. Basically the cart does not update the existing fee automatically to ‘free’ but gives the customer the second option of free of charge shipping, leaving the customer wondering what is the difference between the two. Do you have any idea how can we fix this?

Hi, I have a few issues and concerns;

1. The WP Bakery theme cannot Update due to license 2. The Ajax Search is not working as the intended products do not load or populate during search anymore 3. Adding Items to the cart seem to load but after refresh the items are loaded on to the cart, so user is not aware whether the add items to cart is working or not.

These are my most pressing concerns for now/
