Is the elementor issue fixed yet. This is terrible if not. It’s almost a month.

Now there is another critical issue smh: Your theme (beTop Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues. Overrides betop/woocommerce/archive-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 8.6.0, betop/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.4.0, betop/woocommerce/content-single-product.php, betop/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php version 7.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.4.0, betop/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version 3.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.2.0, betop/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php, betop/woocommerce/single-product/price.php, betop/woocommerce/single-product/related.php, betop/woocommerce/single-product/title.php

Regarding the Elementor issue, it has not been fully fixed yet, but as a temporary workaround, you can revert to the version of Elementor from one release earlier. This should help mitigate the issue in the meantime. We are actively working on a more permanent solution and will notify you as soon as it’s resolved.

As for the WooCommerce template warnings, I’d like to clarify that these are simply warnings generated by the WooCommerce plugin. They do not affect the proper functioning of your website. WooCommerce frequently updates its plugin, and when they release a new version, some of their template files may become outdated in the theme—even if the theme was updated just before. Unfortunately, we have no control over the frequency of WooCommerce updates, as they may release updates multiple times per week.

Rest assured, the next theme update will include the updated WooCommerce template files, and these changes will be reflected in the theme’s changelog.

The Header and Footer sections of the demos are created using the Elementor Header & Footer builder plugin, which does not have a sticky option.

However, the sticky header can be enabled by following the tutorial from the link below:

Thanks for finally responding to my message from over a week ago. Yes, only because I changed it from 3 products per row instead of 4 products and 1 product per row instead of 2 on mobile. The fixes you gave me keep breaking and I haven’t changed a thing except keeping existing plugins updated.

The issue on your site occurred due to the incompatibility of Elementor Pro and theme styles.

We applied CSS to permanently fix the appearance of the products so that plugin and theme updates would not affect them. However, the appearance of the product Grids may change if you edit the widget settings and choose a different display quantity.

I didn’t edit the widget. I do create new blogs that I insert products in. If it was fixed once it should always work. And I bought this theme cause I am pretty sure it said it was compatible with elementor.

The columns are very narrow for the product when 2 or more columns are configured. If you looked at the page, you would see examples of this. They are not spreading across the width of the content section of the page. I have several other themes and don’t have this problem of narrow columns.

Elementor Pro overwrote default them CSS styles for WooCommerce products. Please apply the following CSS in Dashboard > Appearance > Custom CSS section to fix mobile and tablet views:
