Yes, the update is coming and will include the known bug fixes. If you plan any customizations, it is recommended to use the child theme to keep them saved after you have updated the theme. If customization is just extra CSS code in the Customize section, they will not be overridden by the update.

There is no such shortcode unfortunately.
But you can easily create tooltip with HTML attributes in Olympus.
For example<span data-balloon-pos="right" data-balloon="Balloon text" />
Will give you the balloon on the right with “Balloon text” content.

The Events Calendar plugin is a recommended plugin. If it has not been installed yet, go to Appearance>Install Plugins section and install it from there.

We are sorry for the unanswered tickets! They are still under review. Those issues need deeper investigation as they are not reproducible on our end. However, given that you have 31 active plugins, one or several of them may cause problems in both tickets.
If you can, please, disable all of the third-party plugins, that don’t come with the theme, including the cache plugin. Purge the cache and check if the issues are resolved. Let us know in the tickets if it helped.

I have recently installed the theme on a new URL with the hope that I will use the theme on this URL for the long term. I know my support has expired but I have 1 niggle that I cant fix and I know its custom coded for the theme. On the left menu the Media link does not display? all others are there activity, forum, groups, events etc but no Media.
How or what must I do to get this 1 link to display? I am happy to pay some money for this but it should have installed upon the demo data install.
However it has not and I cant fix it as its your code. As I said I am happy to pay something but $49 bucks for support that I will not require is steep for this 1 item.
Can we work something out?

The problem is that the possibility of adding a Media tab to the menu was removed from BuddyPress, despite being available some time ago. Unfortunately, we as the theme developers can’t add it back.

The theme is greatly tied to the Unyson plugin; migrating it to another is a huge work. Thus we do not plan to move from the Unyson. Instead, we already started supporting it in terms of security updates.

Hi I still have a few concerns
1) this took a week to get your response. What’s your average response time to crises?
2) is your registration page using the traditional WordPress method (wp-login.php) where users will have to wait to receive their password or did you create your own custom login /register page . Your demo doesn’t give us room to check that
3) for the wcfm , if I add it and there are few compatibility issues , will I have to pay extra to get them fixed or does this come as part of the support we pay for
4) can you create a temporary login details for me so I can login to the frontend to see what a logged in user sees .

2. We use the standard BuddyPress register page for registration, as the social networking functionality is based on BuddyPress functionality.
3. If there are any compatibility issues caused by the theme, we may fix them within the included support service. But if they require a lot of changes within the theme, we may not implement them at all.
4. To request a test installation, please email info@crumina.net, and we will respond with the required credentials. To follow up on your previous question, you will be able to check the wcfm plugin on it and decide if it works for you.

Yes, it will delete all your data. We recommend installing demo data only on a clean installation. In your case, you can make a copy of your current site on some staging environment, and only after that import demo data to your current installation.

There are 2 variants for your case:
1. You can export the needed pages from the provided for you demo installation and import them to your website. You can use WordPress import/export tool for that purpose. https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/tools-import-and-export/
2. Make the copy of your website ( for example on sub-domain ) You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ or similar plugin for make it fast. Then install the demo-content on the main website. After that Import/export your existing content with WordPress Importer tool to the main website. https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/tools-import-and-export/
