There is suggestion for you kindly please restrict payment menthod on Frequently bought together and Free Gifts. For eg. if customer buy through Frequently bought together then he can pay through selected payment gateway and same in Free Gifts

I have tried several times to install the theme, but unfortunately, my homepage always remains the ‘Twenty Twenty-Five’ theme, while all other subpages are ‘WoodMarkt’. I know it sounds incredible 
Do you have any idea why this might be?

I have fixed the problem. Previously, I uploaded the theme via zip through wp-admin and repeatedly encountered the same issue. Now, I have uploaded it via FTP, and the problem is resolved.
Unfortunately, it does not load the complete demo file, including all categories and other elements. Do you have any idea why this might be?

Either there is an issue with the files we downloaded from ThemeForest because, after several checks, we are almost certain that we uploaded everything via FTP that was downloaded from ThemeForest.
Or something is wrong with our hosting (Hostinger). Even here, we have everything under control.
We’ve been doing this for 18 years, and we’re a bit disappointed in ourselves right now because we assume the problem lies with us!?

As we can see, the prebuilt website has been imported successfully. While it may contain fewer categories and products, this is intentional to avoid bloating your website with unnecessary duplicate content. Regarding the elements, all of them have been imported correctly.

Hi! I’m trying to install WoodMart, but I see the message “It seems that this purchase code is already activated. You can deactivate it in your account on our website.”
I can’t log in to your website https://xtemos.com/ to deactivate the old domain and activate the new one. The password recovery function does not work. Please help!
The question is no longer relevant, it worked for me. I had to register again at xtemos.com by entering my email and Item Purchase Code. After that I was able to deactivate my old site (or rather domain) and activate the new one on the theme installation page. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello, The update you’ve provided for Gutenberg doesn’t include the option to change heading tags (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6), which is significantly impacting SEO. Whether creating a banner or writing any title, it’s defaulting to H2. The Woodmart title block in Gutenberg should have the option to change the heading tag.

Hello admins, presently we are using some other woocommerce theme and willing to migrate to woodmart. All i need to know is, does it possible to bring the whole woodmart functionality as shown in demo with styles without losing the old data in our existing website? i mean products, variations, shipping info like that. And i want to use this woodmart license first on my demo server until i push the website to production, can i deactivate the license on demo server and activate on production server once uploaded to live site? or do i need to buy 2 licenses for demo server and production server? 2. You can use the same WoodMart license for your demo server and then deactivate it when moving to your production server. A single license covers one project, so you don’t need to purchase two licenses as long as it’s for the same website.

Pre-purchase questions: 1. Is every block I see on a theme demo transferable to another demo? 2. On some demos there is a mobile view with a nice bar at the bottom with buttons, but on others it is not possible to insert the mobile bar on all demos? 3. I understand that you can edit with both Element and WPBakery but is it a choice or can you simultaneously at will on the same page? Did I misunderstand? 4. Do you have to buy Elementor pro to work on the site to edit?

1. Yes, you can import specific blocks from one demo to another using the Template Library. This allows you to reuse elements across demos.
2. The mobile bottom bar is available and can be customized for all demos. If it’s not active by default, you can enable it via Theme Settings.
3. You can choose either Elementor or WPBakery as your primary page builder. However, mixing the two on the same page is not recommended, as they operate independently.
4. You don’t need Elementor Pro to use the WoodMart theme. All features in the demos are achievable with the free version of Elementor.

After updating a few days ago (before the woodmart 18 December release), I noticed that there are mismatched HTML elements.
For example, if you view the source, the
<main class="wd-content-layout content-layout-wrapper container" role="main">
does not have a matched </main>
Also, there is an orphan close /div just above the
<div class="wd-close-side wd-fill" />
<a href="#" class="scrollToTop" aria-label="Scroll to top button"></a>
I had saved the source of a couple of pages before my last update and the above missed matches did not exist.
I checked your demo at,
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/home/and the above mismatched elements are also there. I don’t know if your live demo includes the 18 December release, so I don’t know if it has been fixed.
If a fix for the above is not included in the 18 December release, are any plans to do so?

The reason I have checked them is because I am using a js filtering, having the filter buttons in the 1st six columns and the products in the 2nd six columns (3 columns ie., 3 products per row).
It used to work fine, but after the last update before 18 December release, when I click on a filter button, although filtering works OK, one single product occupies 3 columns (1 product per row). So I had to start investigating what goes wrong after the update.

After thte update place order button not functioning. The spinner keeps spinning and nothing happens. I need to downgrade urgently to 8.0.4 but there is no download link for older versions. Just realised new update somehow blocks credit card verification window popup. We seperated credit card information section to a new page after clicking place order button and now it works but this is not the way we want our checkout page to be. People should enter their credit card information before clicking the place order button as it always was, not after.
