STOP locking the theme on minor versions (ie: 8.12.1, not 8.12). this breaks customer websites, and you’re far too slow to update.
Hello twhiting9275, we released the update for WHMCS 8.12.0 one week after WHMCS officially launched it to ensure everything works as expected. We cannot leave the theme unlocked during this time, as it would result in errors due to incompatibility between the template version and the WHMCS version. you need to wait until we publish the update. to make sure everything works as expected.
Hey i just purchased the theme. I installed the theme on a new install. I tried to import the Space Pro template and I don’t see it on the import page. This is a new purchase so I don’t understand why I do not have all of the templates available. Can you please help

Is this theme compatible with Upmind? • Does the theme include a dark-light mode toggle for the WordPress site itself? • Does the theme support a mega menu with icons for categories like dedicated, cloud, VPS, etc.? • Is there documentation available on optimizing speed using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin?

Hey guys – I just purchased your theme, so far so good but when I am trying to change the logo on branding on WHCMS is not working, after refresh, the PHOX logo remains there. The same with the layouts. Is there anything I am missing?

I just wanted to ask – in some of your website demos available for use, including the most recent one, how come there are menu items for hosting, vps hosting, etc but no relevant demo content. Just the same content on each page? Other popular theme developers on Themeforest usually include this as standard.

Can you please forward your reply again to both email addresses mentioned in the ticket so I hopefully receive this. All I need you to do is reset my license so I can activate the theme and start building the site for our business. If it is still showing active on a previous domain, please remove and re-issue to the new domain in the ticket. I really need this to be sorted out ASAP, ideally today if possible please.
