How do I change the main theme accent color?
How do I change the header images on the pages? Contact page in particular.
Hello, You can go to Customize > Featured Title > General > change the background image. This will apply for every pages. To change it on single page, edit page with Elementor > Page Settings > Page Settings > Featured Title and change the background image

Hello, For the homepage, you edit the page with Elementor, click to it to edit directly. For the other pages, go to Customize > Featured Title > General and change the background image. It will apply for all pages by default. This option is overridden on some pages, you need to edit this page with Elementor > Page Settings > Page Settings > Featured Title and change the background image. For the logo, edit the Header correspond with Elementor (WP Dashboard > Header), Click to edit the MAR – Hamburger Menu widget > Panel. Here you change anything on the mobile menu. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have other questions.

You just need to edit the page with Elementor, find in the first section the widget MAE – Vertical Lines and delete it. You can enable the Navigator to find it easier. Your theme (Tombuild) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Hello, It’s just a warning and won’t affect the functionality of theme. However, we’ve updated the new version of the theme v1.1.5). You can update it online via WP Dashboard.
Hi, on this site, I get a white menu when I scroll, specifically when I go back up. It’s not there on other pages. I’d like to remove it. I just want the fixed blue menu.
Hello, it seems you use 2 types of sticky header. You can remove the header fixed in customize > general options > header > header fixed

Hi. I have purchased the template and trying to edit the header. Only option I can see to edit is under tab Header-> (Different header section there like Header-Home, Header-Construction, Fixed-Header etc.). When I click on Edit and change some text e.g. Mobile no or Icons to Social Media, they don’t get updated on the Home Page. Even when I click on View option for Header-Home section, it still shows previous version of the page. But when i click again on Edit and it opens the header with editor, it shows updated text. How can I edit header and footer properly ?
Hello, As your description, you already edit the correct header, but it is update on editor mode and not on live website. If it’s the case, it usually the cache issue, please try to disable cache service (Cloudflare), or cache plugin (w3 total cache, litespeed cache) ... and try again. Hello, When you touch the link in the mobile menu, it will open new page by default and it shouldn’t show the menu. So I guess that you touch the link that link with anchor that link to a section in the same page. By default, you need to click to close icon to close the menu. If it’s the case and you want that the mobile menu disappear automatic when click to the link, please give us an admin account via email tplabs.co@gmail.com so we will add a script for that

Hi, in the theme description, you have outlined that the theme is fully WMPL compatible, however WPML plugin doesn’t recognize any of the MAE elements, for example: MAE Simple Slider, MAE Icon Box, MAE Headings, MAE Accordion, MAE Timeline, etc. There are even some elements that are not MAE and yet they are not recognized by the WPML plugin. How can we resolve this so that we can fully translate the website?

The wavy footer is causing issues on the contact page using Gravity Forms. Something with the Z-index I believe. The bottom portion of the form is not clickable, I can hide the wavy part of the footer and everything works as it should. Any suggestions?

Hello, You’re using an icon of Font Awesome, but didn’t enable the Font Awesome support. (WP Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Advanced > Load Font Awesome 4 Support) I enabled the option.

Hello, Do you know your PHP version? If it’s smalller 7.4, I suggest you to contact your hosting provider to upgrade your php version. The theme and main plugins support older PHP version but you may install some plugins that requires higher PHP version. Anyway, it’s better that PHP version is > 7.4 (for compatibility and security).
Can you have a video instead of a picture at the beginning of the website?

I’ve recently purchased your theme and installed it. Everything seemed to be ok however there were some issues. While logged in and working within Elementor, I see no error messages. However, when I open the website I see many small error messages mainly under custom elementor widgets. Some issues were resolved however there are some additional errors in the contact form area at the bottom of each page.

Hi Thanks for helping. I tried several times to import the demo data but no success. I checked the memory limit and it is 365M, I guess it is plenty. Still getting the Error (504) message.

Hi, It looks like your server is not so powerful enough to import all data at once. Could you please try to contact with your hosting provider to increase the memory limit and try again? I have cleared all pages and plugins started fresh Now it obviously installed the SVG plugin. Which is a bit strange because I would expect a message when I activate the theme. Now the Demo Importer is not complaining but after the import I have no pages and no site.
Theme switching normally is not this hard.
I normally can switch themes in a brease. The stupid thing is I don;t get any pages with demo importer. Probably a config error on my side. I also don’t like this way of communication. Everyone can (probably) read this.

Hello, sorry for hearing that. You can process the refund if you want. The switching of theme is easily, we have many customer and they don’t have any issue about it. The tips are in document that requires high memory because sometimes, customer installed a lot of plugins that cause the issue. It’s better to set it high to satisfy most of server. We can detail it for developer, but if we said many things, it will confuse the customer. When any customer face the issue, it’s better to contact us to solve the issue for each case. One again, I’m really sorry that you aren’t happy with our theme. If we can help, let us know. Or you can process the refund and try another theme.
Hi, I have manually deleted all pages also from the trash, deleted all imported images from past imports and now the demo importer took a lot more time. It seems to be working now. As far as it seems all is ok now but I have to investigate later. Thanks for the quick responses.

Ah, I see, in fact, you just need to import demo again. It won’t import duplicata pages. It only import icon/ svg image that was missed. And duplicate the menu. The reason you don’t see the page because you delete all pages in the trash. In fact, the demo import will check the page to make sure don’t import duplicate pages (even the page in the trash).
