Hello,
I recently purchased your theme and installed it on my website following your official documentation.
When I attempt to import the demo content (including images, menus, etc.) via the designated plugin, the process fails because it cannot locate the correct file path.
Before contacting you, I verified my server configuration to rule out common environment issues:
PHP Version: Correct and fully compatible.
Server Limits: Properly configured with high values (including max_execution_time, memory_limit, etc.).
My hosting provider analyzed the execution logs and confirmed that the import script is trying to access an incorrect, hardcoded, or misconfigured directory.
Specifically, the system is attempting to look up files in this path: /usr/home/hermantech
However, the actual absolute path of my WordPress installation is: /home/hermantech/www/wp-content/plugins/megamenu (with /home/hermantech/www/ as the root).
This discrepancy triggers a PHP error on or around line 5468 regarding the “users” path.
I have attached a screenshot of the error for your analysis. Please let me know how we can resolve this path mapping issue or if you can provide an alternative method to import the demo content successfully.

Hello, Thank you for providing the detailed information. After reviewing the log, the warning comes from the Max Mega Menu plugin. Could you please try to deactivate this plugin, only active the required plugins for our theme and try to import demo again? After importing successful, you can re-activate the plugin. Se desejar utilizar uma cor diferente para essa linha, edite o cabeçalho com o Elementor e, em seguida, clique em Editar Menu → Magic Line → Cor para escolher a cor desejada.

Hi, I just updated the website (it’s been a month since I last did it) and a small error appears when I click the WordPress Updates tab. I mean, the site works fine, and the WordPress dashboard looks fine, except when I click the Updates tab. At the top, there’s a PHP error message, but the rest of WordPress displays perfectly. I’m using the Tombuild theme and there are unwanted vertical background/grid lines showing across all pages of the website.
I already tried:
- Custom CSS fixes
- Disabling Elementor overlays/backgrounds
- Clearing cache
But the lines are still appearing globally.
Could you please help identify:
- Which setting controls these lines
- How to disable/remove them completely
- Or which CSS class/div is generating them
Hi, The vertical grid lines is a elementor widget, you can easily remove it like the other elementor widgets. You can enable the Navigator to select and remove it easier. It’s in the first widget in the first container. If you don’t know how to enable navigator or have difficulty in finding the widget, please contact us via email tplabs.co@gmail.com. Hello, You can go to Customize > Featured Title > General > change the background image. This will apply for every pages. To change it on single page, edit page with Elementor > Page Settings > Page Settings > Featured Title and change the background image

Hello, For the homepage, you edit the page with Elementor, click to it to edit directly. For the other pages, go to Customize > Featured Title > General and change the background image. It will apply for all pages by default. This option is overridden on some pages, you need to edit this page with Elementor > Page Settings > Page Settings > Featured Title and change the background image. For the logo, edit the Header correspond with Elementor (WP Dashboard > Header), Click to edit the MAR – Hamburger Menu widget > Panel. Here you change anything on the mobile menu. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have other questions.

Your theme (Tombuild) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hello, it seems you use 2 types of sticky header. You can remove the header fixed in customize > general options > header > header fixed

Hi. I have purchased the template and trying to edit the header. Only option I can see to edit is under tab Header-> (Different header section there like Header-Home, Header-Construction, Fixed-Header etc.). When I click on Edit and change some text e.g. Mobile no or Icons to Social Media, they don’t get updated on the Home Page. Even when I click on View option for Header-Home section, it still shows previous version of the page. But when i click again on Edit and it opens the header with editor, it shows updated text. How can I edit header and footer properly ?
Hello, As your description, you already edit the correct header, but it is update on editor mode and not on live website. If it’s the case, it usually the cache issue, please try to disable cache service (Cloudflare), or cache plugin (w3 total cache, litespeed cache) ... and try again. Hello, When you touch the link in the mobile menu, it will open new page by default and it shouldn’t show the menu. So I guess that you touch the link that link with anchor that link to a section in the same page. By default, you need to click to close icon to close the menu. If it’s the case and you want that the mobile menu disappear automatic when click to the link, please give us an admin account via email tplabs.co@gmail.com so we will add a script for that

Hi, in the theme description, you have outlined that the theme is fully WMPL compatible, however WPML plugin doesn’t recognize any of the MAE elements, for example: MAE Simple Slider, MAE Icon Box, MAE Headings, MAE Accordion, MAE Timeline, etc. There are even some elements that are not MAE and yet they are not recognized by the WPML plugin. How can we resolve this so that we can fully translate the website?

The wavy footer is causing issues on the contact page using Gravity Forms. Something with the Z-index I believe. The bottom portion of the form is not clickable, I can hide the wavy part of the footer and everything works as it should. Any suggestions?

Die Hauptursache dafür, dass die Website langsam wird, ist, dass Ihre Website zu viele Ressourcen beansprucht und Sie viele Plugins verwenden. Das Laden der Ressourcen für jedes Plugin dauert einige Zeit. Die Verwendung zu vieler Plugins kann daher Ihre Website verlangsamen. Sie können das Vorladen deaktivieren, wenn Sie möchten (gehen Sie zu „Anpassen“ > „Allgemeine Optionen“ > „Vorladeprogramm“). Hello, You’re using an icon of Font Awesome, but didn’t enable the Font Awesome support. (WP Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Advanced > Load Font Awesome 4 Support) I enabled the option.

Hello, Do you know your PHP version? If it’s smalller 7.4, I suggest you to contact your hosting provider to upgrade your php version. The theme and main plugins support older PHP version but you may install some plugins that requires higher PHP version. Anyway, it’s better that PHP version is > 7.4 (for compatibility and security).
