This is not the reason….if google map is not working, it means the keys are not generated properly. In the browser console or in the dashboard you can check the Google map error response. OR you can contact us @ aonetheme@gmail.com with your query and website admin details.

Categories display on home page is being controlled via theme options -> general settings -> category settings, there is a filed given called ‘Home Page Categories’, you can select categories to display on home page.

It’s customised by your developer and error generated by him. First ask him to sort it out, if he is unable to do it then let us know.
He did not touch that booking part. I appreciate your help. Also, I tried letting a dummy member revert from standard to free, just to test. The categories and areas served did downgrade, but the number of gallery images is still like the paid membership. I would appreciate it if you could look into it, please. I’m facing issue with this theme in wordpress whenever i click on customize so page open but there is not option for customize the theme kindly help me as soon as possible. Or else refund my money if i can’t customize then its useless for me.

I have installed the theme and demo content, but i cannot seem to be able to activate my product key. at the time i purchased this theme my email was out dated, so my purchase confirmation went to an email i no longer have, so i am wondering if you send the “product key ” with purchase order email. or how can i activate this theme, i get the wrong menu and i can’t see the same pages as in the live demo

I am experiencing difficulties importing the demo content for the Service Finder theme. I have attempted the following steps, but the content is still not imported correctly, and the website does not resemble the demo:
Tried One-Click Demo Import:
Result: The import completed, but many sections are either missing or not displaying as expected. Many pages are missing. Used WordPress Importer:
Result: The import partially worked, but the content is still missing. Imported Widgets:
Used the “Widget Importer and Exporter” plugin to import widgets. Some widgets appear, but others are missing or incorrectly placed.
Imported Redux Options:
Copied and imported the redux.json file (from the theme options) as per the documentation. However, this did not resolve the issues either.

Yes, customer can upload images in the RFQ form after login.
Why is the demo data missing all the content? I have tried the auto and manual. And neither pulls in the complete demo data. The server is all set up to your recommendation. help

Is there any documentation for all of the various templates in “Mail Settings” for this theme? It’s extremely difficult to create emails due to not understanding the purpose of each email.
For example, “Mail Settings > Customers Buy Job Post Connects > Subject for Job Post Connect After Purchase”.
This is not written well. I don’t understand how to complete the template.
It clearly indicates that this email template will send notification to customer as soon as he purchase the plans for “Job Connects’. If admin has enables the ‘Paid Job Posting’ option then customer must have number of job connects available because one job posting deducts one job connect.

Great theme; I’ve been using it as it is for a while, but now I’m taking away some of the things that don’t make sense for my business model anymore. I was wondering if there was a way to remove Apply for Task, Apply for Job, and Job Alerts from the Pricing list. Please help. Thanks!

I am facing an issue with the latest version of Service Finder. Below are the details:
When someone signs up, the one-time password (OTP) does not appear in the email. The email only displays the logo with no other content. This issue occurs with all sign-up and password reset-related emails. While the emails are being sent, they arrive with no content apart from the logo.
I have already sent an email regarding this issue and attached a screenshot for your reference. The email was sent from parvesh.canada@yahoo.ca.
I have been your customer since 2016, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.

Hello , i cant install 2 extensions on my template ( Comments Ratings & WordPress Social Login) can u plz send me links to install it , “my account” page and all other account related page, are blank.what can be the issue ? , nd on section popular categories i cant show all categories ( just 5 are showing) even i create 10 categories nd i dont wanna show nuber of providers ( Tnks a lot)
