‘The issue is related to the third party code that they used is outdated in their theme which means the theme is not fully updated. Can they provide the updated theme with correct code’
hello, i think you are using old version pikowors-core plugins. download folder you find pikoworks-core plugins.
first deactive this plugins then delete after that recent download folder pikoworks-core.zip plugins installed and active.
after active still you see issue inform me i will happy to help you.

After you updated the Xtocky theme (around dec/jan) for mooiecosmetica.nl, the theme has hickups in: - language settings in the frontend (should all be Dutch) - check-out page mixed up - cart page mixed up
Please restore the “old” settings but make sure the theme stays updated. Why isn’t the Child theme active anymore? Let us know.

i’m getting : Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
i couldn;t import the demo content pages becure : the plugin “Xtocky Dummy Content” is installed so “One Click Demo Import” can’t be activated and when i disabled “Xtocky Dummy Content” and activated “One Click Demo Import” i coudb’t find any demo data to import and i got: There are no predefined import files available for this theme. Please upload the import files manually below.
