I hope you are doing well. I recently purchased your theme, and I would like some assistance regarding a few issues I’m experiencing:
1. Vendor Registration Issue: When a vendor is registering, the theme prompts for email confirmation, but I notice no button to confirm the email address.
2. Header Editing: I am unable to edit the header. The homepage appears fine, but only a white background is visible on other pages instead of the header content.
3. Email Notifications: I would like to set up email notifications for new user registrations and notifications for successful service bookings. Could you kindly guide me on how to activate these notifications?

When I purchased the theme the customization was confusing and there was a lot of work to figure out what’s going on, I also thought the users will be able to book for jobs as advertised but I could not locate where to do that on the site and I even raised the issue with you guys. So I decided to purchase a booking plugin but its not working also. The developers of the plugin did everything in their power to make it work but in the end they advised me to speak to you to help since the problem is not theirs. I sent emails asking for help but you guys are ignoring my emails, I even extended the support which is something I didn’t budgeted for just to open up the communication but you still ignoring my emails, that’s not cool.
We don’t offer support for third party plugin you are using, we offer support for our theme.
Can we create website like Hipages, serviceseeking or yellowpages ? Like user submit task or quote request, providers related to that task category bid or quote on that task after paying some money, then user can see that qoutes in their dashboard compare it. User can also send direct message to providers, provider pay some money to see the details. Like lead generation website modal.

Theme has the same concept of posting task and service providers submit their quote. Paying for submitting bid works like this: in our theme the service provider must have available job connects balance more than 0, every bid submission deducts one job connect. If job connects balance is 0 then provider can buy more job connects through job connects plans.

Provider only contact them through website submit a qoute with job connects. I want simple process for user And only providers profile or user submitting the task should see the that task for smooth filtering provider near me according to service category.
Yes, you can hide the menu for job listing and only keep the task listing. On the task detail page customer details are not showing. And you can turn off google captcha option from theme options -> provider settings -> captcha

You can find option to approve under service finder -> providers. If you don’t want this approval process then you can turn off ‘Account Moderation’ from theme options -> accounts -> account moderation.
I don’t see any data, even though the number of suppliers is shown on the dashboard and the records are in the users, but in the service search part, the data doesn’t appear.
It doesn’t work with the customers’ data either.

That’s not it can you check again now I added the banner image back but I don’t want it to have an image as the background I just want it to be a green background

Banner BG color is green and there’s no Banner BG image but it’s still showing this old one from the theme

Candidate can view their applied job in their account.
Customer can view and download candidate cv and approve/reject their application. How does a customer accept a quote from the provider? I don’t see anyway to do so.

I’m still unable to edit the “how it works” section; it is not showing “step number background color,” so the “step icon background color” is working for that, and also the “Book Service Phone Text Typography” cuztomization is not showing there. I’m unable to add provider accounts manually. The error says “Please select city from suggestion”, but none of the cities appear.
In the city field cities can be populated in two ways: i) In the city field and address fields Google auto suggestion script is implemented so Google Places API must be enabled and Google Map API keys must be set up by you in your Google console account, you can watch this video tutorial about Google Map Setup https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQWIfFsULHQ&t=104s, please follow the steps, once set up properly then cities will be populated by Google as suggestions in the city field as soon as you start typing. ii) If you don’t want to use Google auto suggestion option then you can add manually from admin, for that, you need to turn off the “Google auto suggestion for provider signup address” option from theme options -> provider settings -> signup restrictions, then you will City option under service finder -> cities. So cities added by you will be populated in the city field in the signup form.
Is there a way to see or try the messaging feature? I don’t see it on the demo website.

The background image is uploaded by you, and due to in-built cache on your server the image is not getting updated, so you need to flush the cache from your server and then check again.
I do not have any in-built cache system

hello I can seem to fing where to edit the banner from and some other page because elementor can’t edit and the revolution slider is asking for licence
Also, when I try to view some pages I imported, it says “sorry, you do not have access to this page”. So how can I customize a page I don’t have access to?
