You have a very well-designed and functional theme.

But the default listing templates are very boring – just a list of properties and a column with widgets on the right or left.

Why is there no option to select the half map design for a listing by default? This is the most user-friendly design, when he can select a property on the map and at the same time see its description in the list.

I watched your demos and read the documentation, I understood that it is possible to assign the Half Map layout to individually created pages, but there is no way to assign this design by default to all taxonomies. In the Taxonomy Layout section https://favethemes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038789652-Taxonomy-Layout all the layouts we can choose for our taxonomies are listed and there is no map layout ( Here is a quote: Page Layout: Select between full-width, sidebar on left, and sidebar on right. This is sad.

I am looking forward to when you add the ability to use Half Map layout as a default layout to purchase your template.

When I go into edit mode with Elementor it seems to hang when loading the widgets. I have also tried to deactivate a number of other plugins to see if any of those might cause the issue. I found it was the plugins for the houzez theme that are making the elementor stay loading. I want to know if this problem is popular and is there a solution to this?

It would be great if you could modify the login or registration so that instead of appearing in a pop-up window it would appear on a complete new page. I have a question about this WordPress design. Can some programmer convert it to an HTML version? I don’t want to depend too much on WordPress or the template in case one day they stop releasing updates

2) Are you able to include like a chat pop-up where customers landing on the site can message in a chat box that might direct to your phone (maybe whatsapp)?

3) I want to be able to differentiate between properties that are available for rent and those that are available to buy

4) Does your theme need to have elementor pro to be able to use everything to its full capability?

I am facing two issues with the Houzez theme I purchased: 1. The agents and agencies I added are visible in design mode but do not appear live. 2. After updating Elementor, my site encountered a critical error and the property pages are no longer accessible.

Hi, On the “Area Size” and by using a “Default area prefix” set to “m2”, The Area Switcher has 2 options, “Feet and m2”, And on the “Create a Listing” its then fixed to “m2”, So all that add listing must convert to “m2” manually if they normaly uses “feet”, Way not have a drop-down and give option to select your “area prefix” on the area prefix in “Create a Listing”, and then The Area Switcher in top-menu set then all to “Feet or m2” as the guest selects?

After going through the demo and documentation of this theme. As responsive as this theme is which the developers did a good Job on the UI responsiveness. It still lacks the following core features of a property directory website.

1. Listings can’t be verified. Nothing like “verified listing”

2. You can’t claim listing. Nothing like claim listing. What if another seller is selling some elses properties without the owners conscent. There need to be Claim listing Monetization feature.

3. Users can’t report property listing if listings is misleading or fraudulent

4. Agents, Agencies or owner can’t be Verified. There need to be a verification process to verify Agents, Agencies, Owners or Sellers. Admin need to know their customers – manual KYC verification like upload your Government ID, Name, Address, Phone number (custom fields) etc. To verify account. The verification tab has to be on the users dashboard aswell. Whenever the Admin initiate Verification process for a user, the user account should be locked and prompted for verification process.

I hope in the next Updates of this theme, the developer will look into this features. Or can this come as a custome feature? Let me know.

Hi – we’re getting a critical error on the single property page when we are using the Houzez property price widget – it’s breaking the property page. Is there an upcoming fix that will make this widget compatible with Elementor again?
