Interested in buying this theme, Does your theme support listing edd products by table? Example plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/edd-product-table/

Currently, we do not have a built-in plugin system. You will need to use an external plugin. However, we are taking note of this, and a table system will be added in a future version.

Thank you, Will be waiting for this feature.

ok. Thank you

I am interested buying this theme for music sale, I have a pre sale question, can we be able to change the style of music grid in category to one with wave as given in the homepage “recent music” section? I mean instead of grid, to that style with wave.

Typically, we respond within 24 hours. Please wait—our agent will get back to you as soon as possible

Sir a small help needed, kindly check the ticket.

Hello sir, waiting for your reply.

Hello TeconceTheme Team,

I hope you are doing well. First Kudos for creating such a great theme.

Just request to add some more security options in Mayosis EDD FES login pages.

1. Can we enable reCAPTCHA in theme settings using EDD Pro FES? Will it be enabled on the login page? I am using the Main Demo EDD demo import. It’s very important, as every day many website user login accounts are getting hacked. Also, if you can test the login page to make it compatible with WP2FA or the LoginPress 2FA plugin, it will be really good, as it’s a marketplace, and as a website owner, it’s very important to protect vendor data; if it gets hacked, the whole website’s reputation goes to zero and also faces legal issues if sued by the vendor due to losses. Please add extra security on login pages. Very important and humble request.

Thanks.

I hope you’re doing well. First, thank you for your kind words and appreciation for the Mayosis theme! It truly means a lot to our team.

Regarding your concerns about adding more security options for the EDD FES login pages, I’d like to clarify a few points and offer some solutions:

reCAPTCHA Integration: The login and registration pages are powered by Easy Digital Downloads (EDD). While the Mayosis theme primarily handles design and customization, security features such as reCAPTCHA are best added via plugins compatible with EDD. We recommend the following:

EDD reCAPTCHA Plugin: This plugin integrates reCAPTCHA on EDD login, registration, and checkout forms. It’s a straightforward way to prevent bot attacks and enhance login security. Alternatively, plugins like Google reCAPTCHA by BestWebSoft work well when configured for EDD forms.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): To support 2FA on the login pages, we suggest using plugins compatible with EDD, such as:

WP 2FA: This plugin is reliable and works seamlessly with most login setups, including EDD.

LoginPress 2FA: This plugin can be tested for compatibility with your setup. While it primarily focuses on standard WordPress logins, its flexibility often extends to EDD-powered forms.

If 2FA doesn’t work with the EDD login and registration forms due to compatibility issues, we recommend contacting the EDD support team directly. They can provide guidance or recommend a suitable approach for integrating 2FA into their system.

Additional Security Measures: Since your marketplace holds sensitive vendor data, we also recommend implementing the following:

Limit Login Attempts: A plugin like Limit Login Attempts Reloaded can prevent brute-force attacks.

SSL Encryption: Ensure your website uses an SSL certificate to encrypt data between users and your server.

Security Plugins: Comprehensive plugins like Wordfence or iThemes Security can provide additional layers of protection, including login activity monitoring and malware scanning.

Thanks, TeconceTheme Team, for the support and detailed response and suggestion. Much appreciated, I will try your suggested options. Thanks again.

I bought this theme, a few days ago, a lot of work to set everything up, and now you can’t see anything anymore, completely modified, I opened a ticket, not even the email that you have an open ticket with you arrives. Wasted money. I’m redoing the installation and I bought another theme. If you wait for support you never know how much time will pass to check your problem which is serious: a site that changes itself.

Thats really not possible to change anything itself. There must be any other issue. Please reply back on the support system.

There is no problem, I had the hosting support check, and then I am the only one who has access to the Hosting, I use a non-shared VPS server. So much work for nothing to translate, set up and configure my site and money to buy. the theme.

Hi guys, update, I installed the theme again, now it seems to be working fine, that the whole site had changed, now I only have a problem on the home page, I’m waiting for support to try to understand what’s not working. It was right that I wrote it, a matter of being honest.

Can we modify the gallery image layout to match this design? If so, could you let me know where the changes can be made, or if it’s possible to achieve this using additional CSS code? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tw3vV91ysUizdhJ7Sa_Fl0XAXshwBddV/view?usp=sharing

I purchased your product on 4 Feb 2022 and it was working fine but now my website lost all content, would you explain what is going on? Here is my website link: https://cinematicmediavision.com/

To receive support, you’ll need to renew it through the ThemeForest dashboard. We haven’t made any changes regarding this. When you purchased the theme, it included 6 months of support. Once that period ended, the support expired. If you’d like to continue receiving support, you’ll need to renew it.

I had old website (cinematicmediavision.com) that I used my license for but now I change domain name of the website and I’m trying to use my license for it but I can’t, I’m getting this error: “Your key has been installed on another domain (cinematicmediavision.com)”

Please manually replace themes and latest Mayosis core. May be you are very older version; we have changed our licensing system.

The system currently lacks surplus or advance fee features, which are critical to its functionality. This is especially important because some students end up with surplus or advance fees after receiving scholarships from the government.

Currently, surplus or advance fees have to be maintained in a separate Excel sheet, which is not ideal. Moreover, this surplus fee is not visible in the student or parent accounts, often leading to arguments with the administration over incorrect fee figures.

To address this, I suggest adding this feature alongside the “Previous Due Fee” column or at a suitable location of your choice. Without this enhancement, the fee module feels incomplete, as it fails to handle such scenarios effectively.

Implementing this improvement will streamline the system, reduce manual effort, and prevent unnecessary disputes, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and suggestions regarding surplus or advance fee features. We understand the importance of managing such scenarios efficiently, especially for institutions dealing with scholarships and fee adjustments.

However, the Mayosis theme is designed to run on WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), focusing primarily on digital marketplaces and e-commerce functionality. While we strive to provide a robust framework for these platforms, features like surplus or advance fee management are typically outside the scope of theme functionality and are better handled by specialized plugins or custom solutions tailored to fee management.

We recommend exploring plugins or third-party integrations designed for managing fees and payments within WooCommerce or EDD. If you require assistance in identifying such tools or implementing a custom solution, feel free to reach out. We’d be happy to guide you further.

Thank you for helping us improve Mayosis!

i want to know can i use this multivendor style in other like craft, pic, books etc also? if so, pls share me steps.

Thank you for your question! Yes, you can use the multivendor style in the Mayosis theme for categories like crafts, pictures, books, and more. Our theme supports multivendor functionality through Dokan, MarketKing, or Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) with the Frontend Submissions (FES) extension.

Steps to Get Started:

For WooCommerce:

Install a Multivendor Plugin: Use Dokan or MarketKing to enable multivendor features for WooCommerce.

Choose and Install a Demo: Go to the Mayosis theme demo importer and select a demo that matches your marketplace’s focus. For example, you can start with a demo suited for digital products and customize it for crafts, pictures, or books.

Configure the Plugin: Set up vendor registration, product submission, commission rules, and category organization using your chosen plugin.

For Easy Digital Downloads (EDD):

Install the FES Plugin: Use the Frontend Submissions (FES) extension to create a multivendor setup for digital products like pictures or eBooks. Choose and Install a Demo: Import an EDD-compatible demo from the theme importer to get started quickly.

Configure the Plugin: Enable vendor registration, manage submissions, and organize categories through the EDD FES settings.

Additional Notes: To receive more in-depth assistance with your setup, we recommend renewing your support subscription. Once renewed, you can create a support ticket, and our team will be happy to guide you further. Support renewal will also provide access to updates and priority help.

Thank you for choosing Mayosis, and we look forward to helping you build your marketplace!

Theme not compatible with Elementor Version 3.26.0 I’ve send you the email

After updated the Elementor, Homepage is error, notice”There has been a critical error on this website.” Terrible experience.

It’s ok now after updated the theme, great service

Hello! My ticket somehow is expired and I cannot reply to it anymore or create anymore new tickets. I have purchased the support for the next 6 months so I should still be able to get assistance.

I get this message: “Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket.”

I sent an e-mail but got not response, so this is the third location I am trying to reach you.

I got a reply to the e-mail and the issue fixed, thank you!

Where is the child theme? Never mind. Found it.

Child theme will automatically generate on wizard. If need anything else please create a ticket.

Hello from New Zealand! Just a few pre-sales questions. I’ve had my eye on this theme for a while, it looks fantastic. I’m looking to use it for a digital download case model only. Starting out selling my own products, but looking to open up submissions from other creators down the road, my questions are:

Does Dokan work with just EDD? Is WooCommerce required? Or can I just use EDD? Are you compatible with any affiliate plugins, say solid affiliate for example?

Cheers EJ

Hi EJ,

Greetings! Thank you for your kind words about Mayosis—I’m thrilled to hear you’re considering it for your digital download venture. Let me answer your questions:

Dokan Compatibility: Dokan is specifically built to work with WooCommerce, so it won’t function with EDD (Easy Digital Downloads). However, Mayosis is fully compatible with both EDD and WooCommerce, allowing you to choose the platform that best suits your needs. For a digital download-only model, EDD might be a more streamlined option, especially when starting with your own products.

WooCommerce Requirement: WooCommerce is not required if you choose to use EDD exclusively. You can use EDD to manage your digital products and, when you’re ready, expand to accept submissions from other creators using EDD-compatible multi-vendor plugins like Frontend Submissions (FES).

Affiliate Plugin Compatibility: Mayosis is compatible with affiliate plugins, including Solid Affiliate for WooCommerce. If you’re planning to stick with EDD, you can use affiliate plugins like AffiliateWP, which integrates seamlessly with EDD for managing affiliate campaigns.

I hope this clarifies everything for you. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need further assistance—we’re here to help!

Is Buddypress compatible with this theme?

Can we integrate vendor profile and buddypress profile?

I cannot understand. What are you asking. Please create ticket and tell us more.

Okay. Bought the theme. Coming for support :D

Hi, I am using the Easy Digital Downloads but I want to convert it to WooComerce is it possible?

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to convert your site from Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) to WooCommerce! The process involves migrating your products, customers, and orders to WooCommerce while ensuring everything works seamlessly with your existing theme and functionality.

Here’s how we can approach it:

Product Migration: Transfer your digital products from EDD to WooCommerce, maintaining all relevant data like titles, descriptions, pricing, and downloadable files.

Customer and Order Migration: Ensure customer details and previous orders are migrated without data loss, so your users have a smooth experience.

Theme Compatibility: Since you’re using Mayosis, it fully supports WooCommerce, so the transition will be smooth without design or feature loss.

Plugins and Extensions: Replace any EDD-specific extensions with WooCommerce equivalents, like WooCommerce Subscriptions or Product Bundles, based on your needs.

If you’d like professional support for this migration, our team can handle the entire process for you to ensure everything is done efficiently and with minimal disruption to your site. This service would come at an additional cost, depending on the scope of your requirements.

Feel free to let me know if you’d like a quote or have any further questions!

Hello, the dark mode has greatly improved. Kudos for that . few things which need manual css to be fixed , which you may consider resolving in future updates. 1. Pagination button in Purchase history 2. Payment selector on checkout page 3. Discount code button 4. Ajax Search Box (mayosis-edd-ajax-search)

As the following has no way of fixing them through the customizer dark mode and need to be fixed by manual css thanks

We are keeping a note. We will fix them on the upcoming update.

Is there a reason that the WP Bakery frontend is disabled using vc_disable_frontend function within Mayosis Core? We removed this line and the frontend editor appears to work fine, but wanted to see if there may be a reason that we’re not seeing?

Actually, on the older day that was making issue. That’s why we disabled that. We are keeping a note we will remove the function.

Awesome, thanks

This update is completely broken.

The mayosis-core plugin doesn’t install properly using the uploader, and when I try to update the child theme I get a critical error.

send me your site access via email please. hello@teconce.com

I think it’s related to your licensing system. Other people have had the same problem too.

I can update the theme manually, but what about the child theme? Has that changed at all? Can I just change the version number?

Dont need to update the Child theme. Child theme is for if you want to do any custom code for that reason it need to use. You have to update only the main theme. Hopefully cleared.

Hello, Author,

Firstly, congratulations on the consistent updates to your theme! I’ve been following Mayosis for a long time and truly admire how well you’ve maintained the template over the years. There are very few authors who show such dedication, and it’s commendable.

That said, I’d like to offer a suggestion to help you boost sales further—refining the UI design. Your concept is great, but the UI could use a modern touch to appeal to today’s users. Here are a few points to consider:

  1. Modern Touch with Rounded Corners and Soft Gradients: Using radius instead of sharp corners can give the design a softer, more modern feel. Gradients can work if done subtly, but skipping them altogether might align better with current design trends.
  2. Update Vectors: Consider replacing your vectors with newer, more relevant ones to stay fresh and contemporary.
  3. Remove Flying Animation Shapes: The animated shapes that fly while scrolling on the homepage may not add much value to the user experience. Removing them could streamline the design.
  4. Icon Libraries: Incorporating modern icon libraries like Tabler or Duotone can significantly enhance the visual appeal and maintain consistency.
  5. Gray Background Tones: Using more gray tones in the background, instead of solid or vibrant colors, can make the overall design feel cleaner and more user-centric.

These adjustments could help make your theme more modern, visually appealing, and better aligned with user preferences. I hope you find this feedback helpful!

Best regards,
Rakesh
