I want to hide it on the cart page for a specific product. Please tell me how to do that
I don’t if this is a bug but I can’t display different messages on my product page. I want to display a message for all Preorder products different from the other products. I also want to to be able to color it and format it differently but it isn’t working. What is the way out please. Or is this feature not available

Thank you for your answer. Yes I am talking about FAVICON. I asked Shopify for support how to setup web store image logo which should show on left beside google search results and they told me that FAVICON should be set up by Theme provider.
I did setup FAVICON in Ella Theme Settings -> General config many times (16×16 or 32×32px) but image still does not show on google search result
I cannot submit ticket because I did not pay license for support. I cannot pay support for 5 years (I did already many times) just that basic functionality works.

Hello.
In the new update, we finally have the long awaited feature of Delivery Time integrated. But when the feature is live, there is a major bug.
When we select the time of delivery, say 15 days, and only include business or working days leaving out Saturday and Sunday, it should ideally calculate the 15 day time excluding the weekend as specified.
But, what actually happens is that this feature itself vanishes from the product page on Saturdays and Sundays when you specify to not include these two in delivery time calculation. So, when we specify any day to not be included due to a weekend or holiday, the Delivery Time feature is nowhere to be seen on those specific days on the product page.
Please clarify if I have misunderstood the feature or is this a bug?

Hello I have a question about the Portfolio/Gallery limits. I picked your theme because I like how you render your gallery and there is a filter that is very useful. Now I see there is a limit of 50 images only and I understand that these limits are by Shopify. Is there any way to have more images, or should I look for an app?

Shopify limits each section on the Portfolio page to 50 blocks so we can’t support adding more blocks. Moreover, having too many blocks may slow down page loading. We recommend keeping the block count low for better performance.
Hello and thank you for your answer. I need way more than 50 items in a gallery and with pagination and lazy loading I don’t think performance is an issue.
Question 2: Is there any way to display your portfolio on a product page? I tried to add a Page as a section and link to the Gallery but it would not display. Only the title shows.

1.Regarding the website shaking problem, it only occurs on the homepage. When you click the “Show More” button on the homepage, the website will shake slightly, and it will also shake when you slide the mouse back and forth in the footer.
