Hello, How can I change the link on the “ADD LISTING BUTTON?” I downloaded the Yellowpro adds on but when I click on the add listing it goes to the YP page. I do not know where to make the change in the dashboard.

Go to Admin Dashboard > Theme Options > URL Config. Remove all the existing URLs and save the settings. Refresh the page, and your own URLs will automatically appear. Save the settings again. This should resolve the issue.

I have removed the install-plugin.php file and edited the function.php file to not call install-plugin.php , as a temporary solution.

Please note that in version 2.9.3, we identified a vulnerability due to a WordPress update. Since then, we’ve released three consecutive updates to address the issue. The latest version is now 2.9.6, and no similar issues have been reported.

2 days before I purchased this theme. I am facing below issues:
1. I wanted to know how can i add products under vendor/listing. In my website I wanted to show products of vendor with/without price. I can see options to add food item for restaurant but no option to add products. Please let me know the way to add product or suggest any plugin that can achieve the same result?
2. I wanted to show 5/6 column of listing category on home page (selected category: Boxed View 2). But theme has automatically select 4 column.
3. How can I change number of LP listing claimed on home page. currently by default theme is showing 3 column.

Since you’ve created the business profile, adding products is straightforward. To do so:
Navigate to User Dashboard > Menu. Select the listing where you want to add the menu items, and they’ll appear on the listing page. Alternatively, you can add features as products or even create custom fields. You have multiple options to customize this according to your preferences. For detailed guidance, refer to the links provided on adding menus, features, and custom fields.

Hi team, I’ve checked out your demo and the theme appears to suit all of my requirements. However I am not a fan of WP Bakery or Elementor as I find they add to much bloat to websites, which leads to many other issues. Am I able to use a more stable and lightweight builder such as GeneratePress with this theme?

We’ve integrated our theme with both WPBakery and Elementor, but not with GeneratePress. These two builders consistently deliver excellent results and are widely recognized in the global market.
Integrating with any plugin requires substantial development work, as all elements offered must be compatible. Given the popularity and familiarity of WPBakery and Elementor among users, we’ve prioritized their integration. On the other hand, GeneratePress is used by a smaller segment of clients, which is why we haven’t focused on it yet but might be in future it will be.

Open Street Map: We fully support both OpenStreetMap (OSM) and Google Maps. You can choose whichever map service you’d prefer. To change this, go to the theme options > Map, where you can select your desired map service.
PM (Private Message): It seems you are referring to private messaging. We offer options to contact listing owners or admins via the lead form and contact form. However, removing required fields such as name, email, and subject is not recommended. Without these details, listing owners may not know who is reaching out or where the message originated, which could lead to confusion or spam. If you still wish to remove these fields, customization will be needed, and you’ll have to edit the code files. By default, there is no setting to disable these fields entirely.

Thanks for getting back to me what I mean for the messaging feature it’s to make it instant messaging to send a message in a box when hitting message it will connect users details like email address already to the chat scheme like other sites offer Facebook, gumtree etc.
Also can you add more custom fields like numbers fields, single image, date picker, also fields descriptions and logic.
Also add the option to add custom fields to show on the listing cards for example vehicle, brand, model, year etc stuff like that I know you guys can do this as you offer this in the classifiad theme thanks
Also for map I mean for osm can you please add address geo like other sites offer for address look up when typing as not every person know the coordinates of there home address and location.

We’ve provided options for adding social accounts, WhatsApp, and phone numbers. Additionally, users can leave messages for listing owners via a separate lead form as well. These messages will be sent directly to the listing owner’s dashboard inbox as well as their email.
You can easily add custom fields such as checkboxes, radio buttons, multi-check options, and dropdowns. However, features like image and date pickers are currently unavailable in ListingPro. The good news is that we are integrating CUBEWP, which will enable these functionalities soon. Fields like vehicle, brand, model, and year can still be managed using text fields or checkboxes.
For mapping, we’ve integrated three types: Google Maps, OpenStreetMap (OSM), and Mapbox. If you’d prefer automatic coordinate retrieval instead of manual entry, Google Maps can handle this by simply entering the address—coordinates will be fetched automatically.

Please note that we provide translation support via the Loco Translate plugin. This allows you to translate your site into one additional language. For example, By default site language is English, you can use Loco Translate to translate it into Arabic.
Regarding a language switcher, this is not a built-in functionality of the theme. By default, Google provides a translation switcher that can translate the site between English and Arabic, After translation your site default language will be Arabic but google switcher can translate into English . but this is a basic feature and may not meet all user requirements.
If you are looking for a full multi-language switcher functionality like Polylang, please be aware that this is not supported by the theme, and we cannot recommend or suggest third-party plugins for this purpose. You would need to explore and implement a solution independently to meet this requirement.

Activate Lead Form from the Admin Dashboard: Navigate to Admin Dashboard > ListingPro CC > Visualizer > Lead Form and ensure the Lead Form option is activated. Once done, go to your User Dashboard > Lead Form, where you can select the listing(s) on which you’d like the Lead Form to appear.
Verify Theme Options for Lead Form: Check your settings under Theme Options > Listings > Lead Form. Here, you’ll find two options:
1- Form: Activating this will display the Lead Form on all listings. 2- Show Lead Form Only on Claimed Listings: Activating this along with the first option will restrict the Lead Form to only claimed listings.

While we offer options to add form fields on the listing submission page, modifications to the user registration and profile forms require custom code amendments.
OTP Plugin (VerifyPro): Yes, we have a plugin called VerifyPro, which generates OTP for the registration form. You can access and download this plugin from here https://listingprowp.com/plugins/.
Custom Fields with Conditional Logic: We offer the ability to create custom fields with conditional logic. You can associate a field with a specific category, and it will only appear when that category is selected during listing submission. But not option to set conditional logics field to field like upon selecting radio button field, text field does show.
Displaying Listings: All listings can be displayed as per your requirement. We have various elements like listing activities, listing entries, and more. These can be added by editing the page using integrated builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
Registration Without Password (Alternative Verification): Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, as an alternative, you can disable the password field and allow users to submit their email. The user will then receive a password via email. If the email is incorrect, the user won’t be able to proceed with logging in. This can be an effective way to prevent spam as well while ensuring proper verification.

Hello we have a problem. At the end of the paid tariff plan, there is a checkmark in the settings that should be transferred to the free tariff plan. but after the end of the tariff plan, it writes a negative number of days and does not leave the status of the tariff plan ended or its validity period has expired, but a negative number of days is entered.

This is the global problem because we can’t update the price and plan of listings. You just can’t understand what to do next

Hi,
In listing creation page (which is also creates the user’s profile), how can I change which contact info fields are mandatory and which ones are optional?
For example, in wp-admin/profile.php settings I can see which contact info are mandatory based on the asterisk (*) next to them, such as with “Country *”, but I am unable to find where I can change that. I want it so that First and Last Name fields are mandatory, not Country.
Same issue when I view a a test client profile in /listing-author/?dashboard=update-profile, where the only mandatory contact info is “Country *”.
Please help me on how to change contact info fields from optional to mandatory for client profiles.

The issue I have isn’t regarding technical details; it’s regarding common sense. It should be common sense that a software allows for its user to have the ability to change required profile fields based on their needs.
What isn’t common sense is for that same user to have pay $50 for someone to help them with an issue regarding basic software common sense.
