is there any setting or option available in the theme which provide a option to the front end user to change the site light mode to dark mode, ? or how i can add a option for front end user to, switch the color of the site?

ok, there is another issue in the theme , i have installed your theme and, i got, issue, at shop page, when we change the product view to 3 to 4 and 4 to 2 it’s not working, it’s works only first time, when we switch , 2 to three product view, mode, but next time when we switch again, means 4 to 6 view, then it’s not working please visit my site, and check it there, here is the link.. aucrystals.com/shop/

As it has been mentioned multiple times, I still don’t understand what we are getting with the built-in features and what’s required to be paid for afterwards. I understand the Ecomrise for advanced features like sales pop-up, etc. However, my question is regarding Ecomposer. So far, I have no idea whether Ecomposer is actually really needed in terms of using the theme itself or if I can use it with Shopify Builder itself. For example, are all of the templates available within Shopify Builder, or do they require Ecomposer? Let’s say, I’ll use paid Ecomrise without installing Ecomposer. Will all the demos look the same, or will they require Ecomposer?

I’ve used your themes before, but the fact that you are not transparent about what is included and what is not makes my head turn around. Please, I don’t care about shady replies to one of my questions. Either make it clear what’s included and what is not, or I’m out. In basic terms: To use this feature after 6 months, you will need to have a paid version of this plugin, considering I’m already using a paid version of Ecomrise.

The Ecomrise and Ecomposer apps are not mandatory for using the theme. All the core features of the theme are available and functional without requiring any additional apps.

However, these apps can be useful in the following cases:

Ecomrise: This app can save you time when updating, importing theme demos, logging in to add wishlist items, etc. For features included in The4 theme, this app is free. However, for advanced upselling features, there is a small fee (approximately $10/month). Additionally, you get 6 months free under the Partner Plan.

Ecomposer: This app allows for advanced customization of sections and provides flexible block usage with a drag-and-drop editor. That said, we recommend mastering the theme itself before deciding to integrate this app. Similarly, it comes with 6 months free under the Partner Plan.

After the 6-month free period, you can keep the customizations you’ve made. For more information about maintaining features or upgrading plans, we suggest contacting the app directly.

You can decide whether to use these apps based on your needs, but rest assured that the theme is fully functional on its own.

Thanks a lot for getting back to me! So, as far as I can tell, I’m only required to pay for Ecomrise if I ever need to use advanced upselling features like wishlists or sales pop-ups, etc. But regarding Ecomposer, I don’t have to pay anything after six months, even if I build 20 pages or sections using the page builder within that time. Is that right? According to their pricing plan, you can only create one page or section using the free version, so I’m giving you an example above. By the way, does the theme come with standard features like product quick view or a top bar on its own?

I just found the following statement in staff reply. If i understand well i have to pay monthly fee to use all features of this theme?? Can you please clarify which of the adtvertised /included feature works only if i pay 3rd party app monthly subscription.

- Recent Sales Popup feature is currently available in the theme, but it uses mock data. However, if you upgrade to the paid version, the popup can display real buyer data.

- the Frequently Bought Together section currently only shows the default prices of all products, but with the EcomRise app, you can customize prices to offer better discounts to customers.

- Volume Discount feature is not available in the free version

Then the features page on your demo page is misleading. There you advertise the “Frequently Purchased” feature as if it were part of the theme. But it is not, only if I subscribe to Ecomrise. So if you mix built-in and subscription-only features on that page, I have completely lost my trust in that information. I would really like to buy this theme but only after I know what I am getting for $89. So you don’t need to write a nice polite answer, just a list of all the built-in features that are available without a long-term subscription. And another list of the features that are available with a subscription. Thank you.

I shifted to the new customer accounts in shopify , the field that shows customer credit is not showing at checkout. and the login page is still directing to username and password! Thank you

The Store Credit field showed after a while, the theme supports New accounts Store credit. However the sidebar widget for Login does not work with the new Account login process. Thank you.
