This theme of yours doesn’t work with WooCommerce, Mercado Pago plugin, Banco Inter, etc.

I want to buy it, but if it doesn’t work with Mercado Pago, and with the Banco Inter plugin it won’t work.

Why does Penci Block Header Builder overwrite the Soledad Header Builder? I like my Soledad Header but it reverts back to Default Customize Settings so I have to manually access every page on my site to change the Header Builder Layout back to my Soledad header. It’s frustrating.

Hello, how are you? After updating from 8.6.0 to 8.6.1, the post_format_data option to insert the video iframe no longer appears in the sidebar when we are scheduling a video post.

If I purchase a license, is the license lost if it is used locally, for example on my computer with MAMP before uploading it to a server?

Yes, you can revoke the license for any domain and then use it for another domain afterward. Additionally, you don’t need to activate the theme on a localhost server—our license is not required for localhost servers.

Hi, on the homepage how do I get the new posts to be shown first in their respective categories? For example, I have 2 Top Stories category sections, when I upload the content it skips some posts and shows posts which are 1,2 or 3 days old. How do I have it show only posts from the date they would have been posted? Thank you. I don’t have support, for now I cant afford it. Kindly assist.

I am contacting you in regard to instagram feed in Soledad theme. Every other week we have bugs or issues with this feed.. it’s starting to be annoying and with time wasted to fix it.

The message in backend says that the token will expires in february but the feed is not visibile in frontend. is it possbile to fix it once and for all?

This issue is not related to our theme but to Instagram itself. The theme simply retrieves data from the Instagram API and displays it on your website. When Instagram has issues, the results can show errors. Instagram has made several changes over the past year, which has caused recurring problems, including requiring re-connections after a set period. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. I bought 2 Soledad themes for 2 different domains! On 1 I had a free theme, the site runs fast. I installed the Soledad theme… the ordeal began! The site LOADS EXTREMELY HARD, the Google Lighthouse scores are extremely high! I regret buying these products!

Can I donate or sell the Soledad theme without the associated account?

There is an issue with penci filter and archive pages. This is what I want to do. Create a page showing posts from category1. But the filter would show all categories. Then when i click on category 2, it would then filter the same by showing posts only from category 2. To accomplish this I created 2 archive pages. One showing category 1 and assigned it to the category 1 under categories. In the theme options, I set the 2nd archive page with all posts as the default one. So now when I click on the category menu, it shows posts for category 1 correctly. But when I click on the filter it does not filter anything but shows all posts (even though the query id is same for the filter and the post element. I am using elemenor.

I can do this nicely using elementor pro, which is also installed on the site. I would prefer to use your theme. In short Penci filter does not work when using custom archive templates. Appreciate any help.

No, We inherited the site from a new client and the version on the site is 8.5.8. They did not give us the license and said, their previous developer did not provide one. If we decide to use the theme, of course we will buy the license for them. Just want to be sure that what I asked can be accomplished. If not, then will I get a refund if I buy the license. Thanks.
