Foxiz Theme Support is Not Reliable
I contacted the Foxiz theme support team because I was facing several major issues:
1. Widget Overlap Issue – In the backend, the widget section is overlapping, and in the frontend, the footer column is misaligned, ruining the UI. 2. Too Many White Screens – Frequent white screen issues in the backend. 3. AMP Indexing Issue – AMP pages are not indexing properly.
When I reported these problems to the support team, they simply gave a short and generic reply, saying that “high file size” was causing these issues. When I asked whether Elementor and Rank Math could be responsible for the high file size, they provided no proper explanation.
I also tried installing the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin, but it broke the site. However, the support team didn’t offer any helpful solution. Their response felt unprofessional, as if they were just replying for the sake of it.

1. Widget Overlap Issue: The widget page issue may be due to the Gutenberg editor not being fully compatible with some widgets you are using, possibly related to third-party plugins. We recommend switching to Classic Mode for the widget page, as it is more stable and easier to set up. Foxiz provides an option to disable the block editor by navigating to Theme Options > Sidebars > Widget Block Editor and turning it off. Our support team has already mentioned this, and we hope this solution resolves the problem.
2.AMP Indexing Issue: This issue is likely related to the AMP setup rather than the Foxiz theme itself. Please ensure that AMP is activated only for necessary URLs such as single posts, while the homepage, categories, and archive pages should be disabled. Additionally, check Google Search Console to exclude incorrect URLs from indexing and crawling. This should help resolve the indexing issue.
3. LiteSpeed Cache is fully compatible with the Foxiz theme. If activating the plugin caused your site to break, it may be due to specific minify settings. Could you please continue discussing this issue with our support team and provide detailed login credentials? This will allow us to investigate further and assist you in resolving the issue.
4. By default, the Ruby Template item appears for contributors because it inherits post capabilities, meaning they can view but not edit them. However, we understand that you want to hide this completely. We have made an adjustment, and this will be included in the next theme update.

Hi, how can I setup the site on a demo url and move to a public production site when finishing building? Also if i use wp-reset to clear the website demo, and try others demos do I have to reactivate each time and will that be an issue, if yes how can I remove the demo content and retry different demos?

To move a demo site to a production site, you can use the “All-in-One WP Migration” plugin or other backup tools to transfer settings and data to your production website.
If the staging site is a subdomain or subfolder of the main site domain, you can use the same purchase code to reactivate the theme on the main website without any issues. The staging site will remain active even after moving the data.
If the staging site is on a different domain or a temporary domain, you can simply deactivate the theme on the staging site first. After that, you can reuse the purchase code for your production website.
Regarding demo content removal, you can clear old imported data when installing a new demo by selecting the “Pure Installation” option in the importer panel.

To create a homepage is only possible with Elementor? Is possible to create a homepage in different page builder or with Block Gutenberg and deactivate the Elementor plugin? This plugin put the site very slow.

Unfortunately, Foxiz only supports creating complex homepage layouts using Elementor. If you don’t want to use the plugin, you can only use the latest blog page as the homepage, which allows you to adjust the layout settings via theme options without using the plugin

I have fixed it by looking code.
You have very poor designed Admin panel. you should provide option to user to switch between websites for assign/unassign (similar like Newspaper theme does).
There is no option for Customers to switch if the license was used for another website and want to disconnect.
Also, most of the themes provide to use license keys on 2 websites. one for staging and one for live. why do you still stick on only 1?
Is this way you make money for customers asking simple for unassign coz that require support? What a poor mindset.

2. According to Envato’s policy, each license is valid for one end product. However, for customer convenience, the Foxiz theme allows activation on multiple sites (more than two if needed) for testing and setup purposes, as long as they are installed on a subdomain, subfolder, or localhost.
3. Generally, opening a support ticket does not incur additional costs if your support period is active. While we strive to assist customers as much as possible via comments or email, the support portal is the best way to securely share sensitive information, such as login credentials, and receive direct assistance from our support team.
If your support has expired, it will need to be renewed. However, an extension provides an additional six months of support, covering future inquiries beyond just a single issue.

Screen shot only works if customer has installed it. It will not work if for any reason theme get uninstalled and again have any issues in setup (which was the problem in my case).
After installing theme it was not installing required plugins and that caused no show of Foxiz Admin panel.
Why would I be paying you just for de-registering website? I am not asking you any support. I’ve purchased licence and I have right to use it in any one website.
Most of the themes I purchased provide to run on two different domains as well for testing purpose. What is unique in your theme?
Example I have Mylisting, Newspaper.
Please fix bugs in your theme and work on suggestions.

We’re not entirely sure about the issue you’re facing. If you close the Foxiz Core installation notice, you can temporarily disable the Foxiz theme and then reactivate it. This should resolve the problem, and the promotion installation will appear again.

I can edit the footer now, but I can’t make the header like the header of this demo https://foxiz.themeruby.com/electridrive/.
