We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You also have an option deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

I have been trying to purchase the Obsius theme from theme forest, but I keep encountering the following error message:
“Unfortunately, credit card processing is not working at the moment. In the meantime, you can use one of our alternative methods, or you can try again later.”

Ok, another update: it appears that only the SLIDER version of the portfolio list is broken in elementor, as the gallery version is working, and all the others. That should be fixed. Thanks.

This is most likely related to the swiper library from the QiAddons plugin. Try to update the QiAddons plugin to the latest version and disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General.

This could be caused by conflict with some third party plugin. You can test this by deactivating your third party plugins except bundled plugins ( Qode Framework, Obsius Core, Elementor, Slider Revolution…) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.
