All is done still same issue.
Make sure about that from here PayPal > Account Settings > Website payments > Website preferences > Update > Payment data transfer > Identity Token and make Payment data transfer > ON.

On “ask a question” page i want user to select the tags that I added in backend.
As a admin I will add many tags & user wil have to choose from them….
Or else user will be add hundreds of new tags every times which is totally useless.

1) Can I disable Image Upload completely? I dont want users to share images or youtube video … can i disable them? Disable from Reply, Ask a question & from all other places. Because I dont need user to share images & increase load on server.
