Hi WebCreations907 Team, we’re trying to activate the theme on our live domain after developing on a staging/preview domain. The purchase code was registered on staging first, and now activation on the live domain shows “License already registered.” We need the license/domain registration to be reset/deactivated for the staging domain so we can activate it on the live domain.

We’re currently unable to access your support forum at https://support.webcreations907.com/ because we no longer know our password and the password recovery/reset doesn’t work for us (no reset email / reset process fails). So we can’t log in to reset the license ourselves.

Could you please advise the correct way to proceed or reset the registration for us?

License already in use:

I purchased your WordPress theme on ThemeForest, and the system indicates that the license is already in use. The purchase was made a long time ago, and I do not remember on which site it was activated. I am currently not using the theme on any website.

I need assistance to release and reassign the license so I can use the theme again.

There haven’t been any updates to the theme or components for a while, and here’s what’s showing in our patchstack.com dashboard – see screenshot
If you don’t plan on updating, let us know, and we’ll switch to other templates.

Update has been out for the core plugin, I just put out new update that includes latest versions of Revolution Slider & WPBakery builder.

Hello. I’m having the same problem: the license key has disappeared from your theme’s management interface. When I try to enter my license key, the plugin says it’s invalid! I think your key verification server is down.

I have a client that will buy a license if we can assure the theme will be supported for the foreseeable future

support is down. Somehow my theme got unregistered. Now bought a new license as I was not able to wait. The theme is down still. new code is not working. support site is down. PLEASE ADVISE!

I purchased this theme about a year ago. Recently my site started slowing down and the issue was narrowed down to this theme. When I turn the theme off, the site issue resolve themselves. I am unable to access the support forums, the entire website seems to be down, and now im wondering if since the venders website is down, if thats effecting mine, because this same issue happened about a month ago as well. I paid to renew to get support to fix this issue, and low and behold, their support site is also broken.

I DO NOT RECOMEND USING THIS THEME. IT WILL BREAK YOUR SITE.

Support site is back online as of last night, should not affect speed though. Post on the theme’s support forum if you’re still having issues.

I can’t update the 907 ThemeCore Plugin. It tells me there’s a new update for WBC907 Core version 3.4.1, but when I enter the license key provided with the purchase, it gives me an error saying I need to enter a correct key.

I have purchased two licences but they are no longer used by the websites I set them up on.

How can I make the licences available to use on another website and of course, I have no support.
