The protfolio template suddenly changed and it’s screwing up our content and comments are suddenly enabled as well.

Hello, I have conflicts between the plugins neuron builder and elementor since neuron builder is only tested with the elementor version: 3.21.8 which is causing too much errors with all the versions of Elementor that cames after…Could you update the theme and the plugins please ?

The neuron builder plugin that I can download via the themeforest downloads page is in the 1.0.9.0 version not the 1.0.9.7. Could you check please ?

Yes, the theme fully supports the latest Elementor features, including Flexbox Containers. While the theme was initially released in 2021 and built using Elementor sections, you can easily convert sections to containers if you’d like to take advantage of the new Flexbox structure.

To clarify, the Otivar theme is built exclusively for Elementor and is fully compatible only with Elementor and the Neuron Builder plugin. Unfortunately, the demos cannot be imported or edited with Visual Composer or WPBakery, as they are designed specifically for Elementor’s functionality.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you’ll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Otivar Theme.

Thank you for your detailed reply. It is what I needed to know. I understand, now, that your documentation appears to apply less to any one specific theme and more to all of your themes. And that your Otivar theme is reliant exclusively on Elementor (and your builder, which looks nice). I wish Elementor was more reliable, but may give this a try anyway. Appreciate your reply.

Hi, I plan to install the theme on a temporary domain while I finish checking everything and building the website. Will it be easy to transfer the site to the primary domain later without any issues? Do I need to revoke the theme key, or is there an easier way to handle this?
Most of the case studies are empty. I didn’t get the same results as shown in the demo; a lot of content and images are missing.

I’m wondering if this theme allows for portfolio items to be displayed at random instead of most recent on the homepage? This is a very important option for me, and one of these things keeping me from buying the theme since everything else seems great!

Hi there, I know the support expired for this. But as you can see I am a purchaser of the theme, and my client who I made the website for using the theme has told me the filter options are broken on their portfolio page. I checked the backend and nothing has changed in the setup, so not quite sure why it’s happening. Is this something you can help with?
Basically the “Show All” and one other filter is working, but there should be 3 other filterable options, but only 1 showing as an option, even though there are portfolio projects with the other two category tags.
