I bought the woodmart theme and I use it on my domain name www.tlsrobotik.com. I got an error while updating the theme today and I wanted to remove the license and install it again. When I removed the license, I could not add it to my site again. I want to create a support ticket for this situation. Since my license period has passed 6 months, I could not open a support ticket on the woodmart forum section, so I wanted to create a ticket here. I would be very happy if you can help me with the subject.
It accepted that I entered the license manually by typing it. But when editing the page with Elementor, I want to use the xtemos ready temples and I choose the ready template, but it does not transfer it to the page. Is it because the 6-month support service has ended that I cannot do it or is there another reason?

We have a new client at our company (we are a small agency in Greece) who is in the wholesale food trade. He wants a presentation of all his products in the form of a catalog (not an e-shop). He has about 8 main food categories, 64 subcategories, and around 300 sub-subcategories. I have all the products in an Excel file. There are quite a lot of products. Some of his competitors display their products using PDFs.
I would like to ask if the theme is capable of handling this project and if we can display the products in rows (without images) instead of using a grid layout.

To visit the site, is it possible to select all the desired filters and only after starting the filtering? Otherwise, if you are looking for a product with more characteristics, it must apply one filter at a time and this could be boring for the user. Thank you

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

I saw your cookies conscent plugin but it not give user to reject.
My main concern is if using another plugin that have a way to disable the cookies that this may conflict with the store or the theme.
So do you have plan soon to enhance your widget to allow that?
Currently, we don’t have such plans. If you need the “reject” button, you need to use an extra plugin anyway.

The search function in Woodmart seems to only be able to search woo products and blog post (if enable). However, it can’t search Custom Post Types posts added to the theme?

Hello, I downloaded the translator files and included them in the “domain/wp-content/languages/themes/” files, but the translation is not updated, it still contains “buy now” among others. Currently the woocommerce file is es_ES, I uploaded both files woodmart-es_ES.mo and woodmart-es_ES.po I cleared the cache and nothing.
