Every time I update, my website get’s broke https://postimg.cc/5YfB8bS5 I have the last version of wordpress and theme. Just can not check what is the last version of PT Luxa Addons (and I can not update them from wp-admin). Just can not figure it out..

Hi, can you help me? 1) the recommended way of updating the theme does not work. When I generated the API key and installed Envato Market plugin, it (the Envato Market plugin) says it this key is not registered/known. Also, it did not install automatically with the theme. So now I am not sure, whether I will be able to update the theme in the future. 2) On the Dashboard, there is a window saying “Your theme (Luxa) contains outdated templates”. Yes, i registered the theme. I am running current Wordpress version 6.7.2 3) When i tried to Import Demo / Full, there was an error: [ERROR] Failed to import “woocommerce-placeholder” And all theme images are missing – in media library there are just plain “images” with their dimensions as text – no graphics. 4) Comming soon page : how do i set the date for countdown? it is not covered in your documentation. Thanks.

WPBakery is not exist in the warnings on your site. And how we wrote before – the issue is not related to WPBakery version. Check other plugins you are using.

Why do theme builders make the process of deactivating a theme from a domain such a pain? Surely to save yourself time and your customers it would be better to just have a previous deactivation link instead of having to come here and ask?
